ATTN: Side Sleepers
I have been looking for a thin memory foam pillow for a while. The common pillows at Costco, Hotels, etc. are way too thick for me. Now I have find mine. This one is 3.2 inches thick, which actually is a big difference from the common 2.5 inch models. I recommend trying each, but I began with the 3.2 model and am extremely happy. Perfect for side spinal alignment on both sides. I tend to switch from left side to right side while sleeping. The first night was notable as I slept in 2 hours longer on a weekend. Highly recommend. Keep in mind the 2.5 model also, but I am a 3.2 person for life.

Finally solved neck, shoulder and ear pain
I ordered over twenty pillows from Amazon over about two years and returned all but this DLIGHT.I have used this pillow about a month. In my experience, it's unique. If I smack it with my open hand, it hurts my hand, makes a "whomp" sound and barely indents; it feels and sounds just like a mattress. If I put my hand or my head on it it gently compresses just enough for perfect softness and support. This thin pillow fills the gap between head and mattress exactly right to stop neck and shoulder pain. My ears no longer hurt.Please don't assume that if you're a big person this pillow is too thin. I'm 5-9, 155 pounds and this pillow is terrific for me. I usually sleep switching from side to side but, with this pillow, I sometimes wake up on my back without a dry mouth (no snoring), so I can testify that it suits both side and back sleepers.

Great Kid pillow
Bought for my 4 year old, works perfect as he is a little small but as someone serious about spinal alignment it's a great pillow for a small child. Definitely only a couple inches thick but holds its shape well.

Love this pillow!
Love this pillow. It's just the right thickness and softness. It solved my morning neck pain. I plan to buy another to have on hand for when this one wears out!
