Service and spare parts
Cooker is working good. Sometimes food gets struck...it may be common with all cookers. I gave 5 star rating for thexpenses service. Safety valve and rubber around it was broken once during use we didn't get any match outside but company service was good they sent the spare parts to the given address and now it's working good.

Doesn't deserve the price and poor performance.
Whistle design is not good. The cooker we purchased always blasts because of food particles stuck in whistle.Service is pathetic, no response even after multiple follow-ups over whatsapp.

Quality product
It is a heavy cooker. Heat distribution is good. The gasket is made of silicone and is pretty solid.Size is good for a family of 4.Found the overall quality better than the famous brands - Hawkins and Prestige.

Broken Handle within 2 uses
The Handle got broken within 2 uses and the customer support haven't responded even 2 weeks after raising the complaint. Cooker works fine. Please buy this product only if you can wait for the customer service for 1 or 2 months when you get any problem. I think there is no customer care team for them, as I have received only the auto reply mails back from them.
