I started to suffer intense acute pain in my wrists when doing push-ups. This device helps me prevent it, keeping my wrist in a neutral position.I'm over 110Kg and it holds my weight without problem.

I bought these push up handles to reduce wrist pain when doing exercises in a push up stance. They arrived within a week (despite a 5 week delivery estimate). They have rubber feet to keep them from slipping, which does the job.My only criticism is that the grip looks like it has padding (the red handle) but it does not. The handle is hard plastic, so it quickly gets uncomfortable on the palm during use. Would be much nicer to use with a padded grip.The box they came in also said a bag was included with them, but that wasn't the case. I can't say I'm too bothered about it, but it shouldn't be written on the box.

I intended to use the product for home exercise

Brilliant little tool! Can incorporate in kettlebell circuits and bodyweight circuits in no time at all. Smashed to bits within 20 mins.

I have purchased three pairs of these grips in the past couple of months, simply because they are excellent and were purchased for other people as gifts. They are sturdy and stable and excellent value for money.
