Q: What is the expiration date?

This is the Professional use A1C Now meter with 20 test kits x 2 boxes. Current expiration date is August 15th, 2021, IF KEPT REFRIGERATED once you receive them. If not refrigerated, shelf life is 3 months. Thank you

Q: What is the expiration on the kits if ordered today? Also how is the sample collected, via finger stick? Is there another solution that must be used

This is the Professional Use 40 ct kit (includes 2-boxes of 20 ct A1C Now kits for a total of 40 tests) for Diabetic testing for A1C Now readings. This is not a normal glucose test & does have additional instructions that must be followed exactly for the kit to work properly. Failure to follow the steps exactly, will result in erroneous results/error codes due to User Error. The current expiration date is March 5th, 2021 (12 months), IF KEPT REFRIGERATED. If not refrigerated, then the shelf life is only 3 months. Each test requires a seperate finger stick & you have to fill the provided capillary to measure the correct amount of blood, each & every time for accuracy. If you provide too little or too much blood without measuring properly, inaccurate results & error codes will show on the screen, thereby wasting a test kit. Thank you

Q: Do you sell a1c test strips? How much?

There are no test strips. Each monitor comes with 40 cartridges which are linked to the monitor, after you use the 40 tests, you dispose of the monitor as there is only enough chemistry in the monitor for 20 tests. You will get 2 monitors with 20 cartridges each. No refills are made or available as each cartridge is calabrated for each monitor. Steve

Q: Do you ship these tests with an ice pack, as they are temperature sensitive?

We warehouse this product in refrigeration but the manufacturer does not recommend or require ice pack in shipping. Thank you
