I usually stay away from capsules but these are easy to swallow and digest immediately as long as it is taken with the recommended amount of water and time before a full meal. I was so Looking forward to this product when I read about what it does. I have struggled with high cholesterol all my life, it runs in my family, and I am always trying a natural remedy to help control this. I noticed a boost energy to my energy and focus. Because I ws more focused I was able to not think about food and snack between meals. The only thing I wish was better about the product id that you didn't have to take it so many times a day. However, I could live with that fact, but remembering to take it 30 min before each meal like a diet pill is challenging for me. I forget to do the 30 minute thing. Other than that I look orward to seeing ore and more benefits and seeing what my lab wor will look like.

Great Product! I have been only taking these Berberine for about 11 days and they are already helping with my blood sugar as well as my blood pressure levels. I have been trying to regulate my blood pressure for a year now, trying different supplements with no results, so I thought it wont hurt to try something else. So far so good! I have an inguinal hernia- so i got this for digestive help, i REALLY want to strengthen my abdominal wall and staying regular is IMPERATIVE at this time! Within 48 hours i noticed a difference in my regularity! After getting it for my digestive reasons i found out my dad was also taking it for his lungs, due to its anti-inflammatory benefits! After researching berberine has SO many benefits and im really super hopeful!

Its a bit too soon to tell whether these capsules will be beneficial or not. Blood work for A1c isn't something I have done all that often. But the info online re: Berberine has given me hope to avoid taking another perscription drug. As to the 'flavor', these are capsules with a brown powder inside. The capsules are tasteless.

As my previous statement says. My 6 month sugar level are extremely well and under control. After blood work DR starts asking me (ok tell me exactly what and how you take your supplements) I would highly suggest use of this product for your health care.

This is a great premium, maximum strength product! It is made in the USA which is very important to me. I love that it is third party tested for purity and safety. It does so many good things for a person, from supporting glucose and cholesterol function, immune function etc. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the fact that they are large capsules and tended to get stuck halfway down. So drink plenty of water!!
