Sizzix Bigz Die - Flowers, 3-D by Beth Reames

I wasn't sure just how these would work out with the project I was working on. However just like the other reviewers said (which helped a lot in making my decision to buy this), these cut like a dream and make beautiful flowers. I love that there are two sizes. Makes my projects more interesting to look at. Highly recommended!

These little flowers die cuts are so sweet and simple to assemble. I cut wool felt with them for applique work and it is rather addictive to sit in the evening and make them. The die cuts super clean and can easily cut four layers of wool felt in a single pass. Sizzix does a great job with their dies and this one is no exception.

I love how the flowers come out, you just flip the edges and they totally look like real flowers. I only used the 2 smaller sizes out of the 3 for this project.

I already owned this die but when my sister came to visit me from Mexico, she absolutely loved it so I had to buy it for her. She has made so many flowers with it and she loves it.

These little roses come out so cute. They actually look like the real thing. The only thing I did not realize when I ordered it was that the middle of the rose needs a button, or a bead or something to give it some "bling". I love this die; you get two different sizes of roses here and it is much easier than making them by hand. You can even cut them with ribbon to make ribbon roses.

I expected the roses to be MUCH bigger when completed. They were pretty tiny, but maybe I rolled them too tightly. However, they made beautiful little rose buds. We even put the smaller one inside the larger one to make a fuller flower. Note: We used three die sets: Sizzix Bigz Die - Flowers, 3-D by Beth Reames and Sizzix 661988 Bigz L Die, Bundle of Flowers and OOPSY DAISY Steel Rule Dies made by Spellbinders to make centerpiece arrangements for my daughter's wedding.

this die makes stunning flowers, takes a few tries to get it down, at first it is hard to do, I cut it and then wet the flower and add to a thin paint brush and start rolling. after a while you will get the hang of it, also color it before putting the flowers together.
