4 wheel walker, best one you'll ever find.
This arrived in a box that was a little beaten up, so I was worried about it. I took it to my physical therapists and they put it together for me last Monday. It gives such a smooth ride, doesn't catch on area rugs like a 2 wheel walker does. The back rest is so much more comfortable than the bar that so many have with "padding". You can switch it either way to sit however you want. The brakes work very well, and I love the basket under the seat. It's colors of mostly black with yellow/gold color on various parts sealed the deal for me as an Iowa Hawkeye. Everyone in therapy wants to know where I found it. The price was incredible as well.

Get it
Great! A little heavy and awkward to get into smaller trunk. Was using an equinox for a recent trip and it fit in the trunk but little difficult to get in. However super sturdy can double as a wheelchair ( but you will be flagged in park if you do- can only be used to sit or as walker). Great storage walk through and comfy seat. Best one out there

A well built walker for a very reasonable price!
My 82 year old Mom already has a Drive Medical Nitro Rollator Walker that she uses inside of her home, but we wanted to get her a second walker for use outside of the home in order to keep her Nitro unit clean. This Medline walker was priced right and had a coupon as well, so based upon the good reviews we purchased one. It arrived well packaged and undamaged, and all of the wheels and handgrips were wrapped in separate plastic bags to protect them during shipping. The instructions were clear, but all I really needed for assembly was the picture as all of the non-attached components were color-coded so they would not be mixed up. After assembly I had Mom test drive it and she was very impressed. The wheels are slightly smaller than the Nitro unit, but they are still big enough for stability while going over uneven ground. The brakes work well and the walker has a solid feel to it. I like the padded seat and drink holder features that her more expensive Nitro doesn't have. The only downside is that when folding the unit for transport the handle under the seat doesn't always fold the unit and will lift the seat up instead. But overall I'm quite impressed with the quality of this walker for the very reasonable price and I would buy it again.

Heavy but very sturdy
I’m liking this, but it doesn’t fit through the doors in my mobile home. Anyone considering purchasing this should measure doorways in their home. Comfy and sturdy. Keep it in my car for activities outside my home.

Gift for my brother...
Purchased for my brother back east - he loves it. His old one was also a Medline, but was apparently starting to show its age. Plus, he complained of back issues because he couldn't raise the handles high enough. Like many other products, manufacturers tend to perfect and upgrade newer models as they learn how to do things better. Several useful improvements. He also gets a lot of compliments on the snazzy black frame with yellow fittings. It wasn't the cheapest walker out there, but this is something you don't want to skimp on. Now he's terrorizing the hallways of the assisted living center!

Rugged and safe
I bought this for my 94-year-old father. He recently moved into assisted living. He'd been using one of those inexpensive front-wheel aluminum walkers with a pair of tennis balls on the back to act as skids. He's mentally sharp as a tack but has difficulty walking, especially with losing stamina. He can only walk a few dozen feet before he needs a break and is hunting for a chair. One morning at breakfast I saw this walker parked outside the dining room, and I was very impressed with how rugged and well made it looked. So, I snapped a photo of it and did a Google image search to find it.This walker has made a world of difference for him. He's out and zipping around the building a lot more. He uses the seat to take breaks when he's tired, and the seat doubles as a table if he needs to carry something. We reviewed the "correct" way to use a rollator-walker to ensure he was safe. I found a really good video on Youtube called "How to use a walker with a seat the RIGHT way". It's by "Your PT Guy". I highly recommend it. He's funny, and he goes over everything you need to know not to get hurt.I think the only negatives I have for this rollator are that it is heavy and awkward to lift when folded. To fold it, lift the handle on the underside of the seat, and the frame folds together with the front and rear wheels coming together. It's like a folding dining chair. The handles also fold inward. But it's still big and kind of awkward. This is more an issue for me or whoever he is traveling with, not so much for him, as he will never lift it into a trunk. I don't mind, but I could see an older, petite woman struggling with it.Another thing I like is that the wheels are solid rubber. That, combined with the weight of it, helps it hold position on the floor when the parking breaks are engaged. Again, this makes it feel safer and more stable.

Perfect walker
I love the thick seat, which is well padded for comfort. The wheels are large and spaced wide to prevent tipping, even on rough terrain. The storage beneath the seat is large enough for me to carry my purse and shopping bags of goodies when I go to the mall. I'm able to set my laundry basket on the seat to take it to the laundry room. The back strap is adjustable and much more comfortable than the metal bars on most other walkers. I love that I can flip it to either side of the walker, depending on how I want to use it. So many great features and I wouldn't trade it for any others! Great product Medline!
