As I AmCoconut Cowash, 16 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Co-wash can be tricky. How it is applied has so much to do with its effectiveness. When this one is used correctly it is amazing. Soft. Curls/wave is automatic and is pronounced if I follow my curly days routine that I sometimes use.Here is how I have the best results with this..- Thoroughly wet hair., I mean go under the water multiple times - I find some of my hair is more porous than other parts. Making sure I lift up my hair and gently move it around to assure the water is fully saturating everywhere- this is everything.- Be generous with the amount used. This makes a big difference too. Somehow, it doesn’t seem to get used up super quickly even though I don’t skimp on the quantity I use each wash.- really, really, really rub your scalp with your finger pads or a scalp scrubber. Be gentle, though be efficient and do it a LOT. When doing this it is not necessary to over agitate any length that you have. Splash more water on, it helps work in and spread the product - do this through the time you are working it in.- Go on, massage that scalp some more.- then sort of squeeze the co-wash through your length, grab a bit more from the jar if you need, not much more seems necessary for me and my hair goes well below my shoulders.- Rinse. Go back ad do what you did when applying the co-wash. Massage, massage.NOTE: starting with my head up than flipping my head over ;when applying and rinsing) and moving it around a lot under the water is super helpful.

I LOVE the Wen cleansing conditioner BUT it’s expensive so, I am constantly looking for a decent swap out. I bought this long ago when it first came out and liked it so, decided to give it another try. It’s not as nourishing as Wen but, is absolutely one of the better alternatives I’ve tried. My hair gets super frizzy when I shampoo it no matter how good the conditioner I use is. This product lets me cut the days between shampooing to once a week. Cleans just enough to refresh and revive my hair while avoiding the frizz.

I'm not exaggerating when I say after just 2 weeks, this shampoo changed my life. My hair feels wonderful and clean and shaped, I got a girlfriend, strangers are nicer to me, things are better at work, I even run into random famous people on the street now. This is probably my single most impactful purchase I have ever made in my life and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

i love this! i'm hoping it sticks around. seems like all the cowashes are going away. i am a white girl with thin straight hair-- ofc it doesn't fix that :) but it makes it soft, shiny, and as fluffy as it can get without any styling (i wash and go, that's it). i was wary of the coconut aspect because i don't like smelling that all day (very sensitive to smells), but the scent is light and almost unnoticeable when the hair dries. even without the current dearth of cowashes, i would still love this

I have really oily hair. When I was using shampoo and conditioner my hair would get oily in a day. My hair wouldn't even feel nice. My scalp was irritated. I went back to this and my hair is so soft. The curls look much better, no more irritated scalp either. I know it sounds weird. But if you have oily hair try this.
