Love this headset and they are so hard to find. If you have small ears this is the best one. It fits perfectly and does not hurt your ear no matter how long you wear it. Great sound quality and easy to pair. Great value for the price

Hurts your ear
This device is really uncomfortable to wear and it hurts the inside of your ear.Also has no noise cancellation so if you're using it in a louder volume environment you cannot hear the person you're talking with and they cannot hear you

People on other ends say sounds bad.
Bought "renewed - New". Sound thru ear piece sounds good, however people on other end say my voice sounded very poor. So, not sure if issue with this unit that was returned and then resold as "renewed" or just not a quality product, but this one is going back.As a follow up on second unit - still get complaints that my voice sounds very poor. So looks like it is the unit, and was not the "renewed unit" issue. So again, going to be returned.
