I am a terrible sleeper but decided to try the sound box with it's different sounds to see if it would relax me enough to finally sleep. I really like it. There are so many sounds to pick from, but my favorites are rain and the ticking clock. I get lost in the sound of the clock and can picture a pendulum swinging back and forth as it ticks away. It has a timer and different sound levels for the sounds themselves. Well worth it.

Quality item. I used the FAN setting (and there are MANY different settings!) . Much more of a wind sound than a machine sound-- very soothing. Has rubber buttons (and they seem like they are water/liquid resistant which is nice) on top for easy adjustment to volume and sound levels. Great item for the price and very helpful for getting to sleep.

Game changer for nap time. Our Amazon Echo's sleep sound function was far too unreliable, so this was meant to replace it. It does the job a lot better and love that we can take it with us on trips and we don't have to worry about having a wifi connection. Simple, no-fuss and easy to use.

i like this sound machine but i quit using it because I kept hearing additional sounds like people talking. I went back to my old white noise machine and have not had any problems until this weekend when we took it along on vacation. Last night I had to get up and switch sounds because of the mumbling I hear on the first seledtion.Anyone else have this experience?

Way smaller than I expected, just about the size of an Apple TV box or hamburger and all speaker with a few buttons on top.Has a nice selection of sounds although I was a little disappointed with the last few as they are just random piano notes and not actual chakra meditation frequencies which I was really looking for so that was disappointing.Okay volume but not anywhere near as loud as I wanted.Its max volume is about the level of an air purifier on max but not any louder.I already have an air purifier and was needing something much louder and this just isn’t.So not perfect but has some decent sounds like brown noise/white noise and various fan sounds as well as timed or continuous playback.Wish someone made a chakra/solfeggio notes/sound bowl sound machine with continuous looped playback but nope, doesn’t exist. The ones like that are only 60min sessions so can’t be used for sleeping/all night.:/

Does a good job. Has a lot of sounds to choose from and variable timeframes to run.

Apologies to the seller. My daughter was wrong saying two of these didn't work. She apologies too. Operator error. She loves them. Please disregard previous one star. I will pull that review if I can.

Very happy with this purchase. I had another one similar in another room so I needed 1 more. This was the right price and the sounds are exactly what I was looking for!
