I started taking this as an oral supplement when I saw another big name more expensive brand advertising skincare for the inside out. And the biggest difference I’ve noticed is my nails. My nails have never been stronger or longer in my entire life and this is the only thing that I can think has changed. I’ve tried biotin in the past and feel like it never did anything.

Don’t expect miracles and don’t expect nothing
It definitely adds some cushion to the pain I get from running. However it’s hardly anything. I take one pill, I’ve heard of others taking more to get more relief. But I won’t up my dose, that’s how you start messing your body up with these supplements and injections. I would recommend anyone taking this product to also add if you can daily stretching of the areas that have joint pain. It helps more with my dry eyes than with joint pain…
