Perfect for our kitchen
This coffeemaker met all of our very specific needs. Our small 1970 kitchen has low upper cabinets. We needed something with a smaller footprint and a left-side reservoir so we’d have space to pour water in. This unit is shaped long and narrow instead of boxy, so we didn’t lose a lot of precious counter space. I loved the ability to change the reservoir location, which was easy to do. The pod insert is toward the back of the machine, so we do need to slide the unit out to use that (because of our low cabinets). I have the coffeemaker sitting on a tray, so sliding it is easy to do. The options do require a lot of button pushing first thing in the morning! Power on, choose strong (or not), choose pot or pod, then size, then the start button. It’s not at all complicated, and we joke that it’s our pre-caffeine cognitive test! The coffee is good (we use the “strong” option and it makes a difference). My only complaint is that the carafe does not keep the coffee hot long at all. Our cheap old Mr. Coffee carafe kept it piping hot for hours, and we got spoiled. My husband goes to work a couple of hours before I get up, and now I have to nuke my cup of coffee to reheat it if he makes a pot, which I didn’t have to do before. But, considering all the other issues it solved for us, I don’t mind. Having the option to do Keurig pods when we want something different (decaf, flavors, hot cocoa), or when we have company who want whatever we did not make a pot of is really convenient. Overall, it’s been perfect for us.

Best model to date!
Bought two of these on accident but was blessing in disguise because a couple months later my bff asked if I could keep my eye out for a keurig on Marketplace. Problem solved! Gifted her the second one and now there are two happy households!Love this keurig model! I've owned 3 different models over the years. By far this one covers all the bases one could ask for in a coffee machine. Personally, I'm glad it doesn't have a warmer plate underneath. I find that those tend to burn the coffee and makes the coffee yuck to drink. I love that the water reservoir can change positions from back to left to right, allowing it to fit almost anywhere in your kitchen. I also enjoy the option to make a pot of coffee vs a single serve.Make sure to change the water filter every 2 months to ensure you're taking care of it. Also, don't be alarmed by how huge the box is when it arrives. We were, thinking omg this thing will never fit in our kitchen. Then had the same feeling when we took the second one to my friend. Her kitchen is very small. The picture I'm attaching is from her house. It fits perfectly. The only reason the box is so large is because Keurig packages the machine so well. I can't imagine one of these arriving damaged.

Premium coffee maker
Makes great coffee and the option to make pot or single cup is awesome. I really enjoy the Strong brew option especially on the pods since I want to get every little bit of flavor from those darn things. The brew cycle is pretty quiet and quick. I've not had a chance to use the automatic timer but operation seems pretty straight forward.I did receive an open box. (the little seal at the top was cut and the top taped back shut) I thought I was getting a return but everything seemed to be "factory" as the little pieces of tape holding things in place were all there. The only things that were missing were the 15 K cups advertised on the box so I guess someone raided the box and took those out. Whatever. Not a deal breaker and not a reflection on the coffee maker anyway. Not the cheapest model out there; however, the option to place the water tank in 3 different locations is super since I hated sliding out my prior maker just to get to the tank for refills. With this option, I can position the tank on the side that has the most space and I no longer have to slide the base out to get to it. Overall, this Keurig has less plastic than most models so it does "feel" premium. (seem like it will hold up for years)

Keurig Failure-Resolved quickly!
Update!! Called Keurig today at phone number listed on the warranty. Within 4 hrs of submitting a claim against the warranty, I had a new Keurig being shipped to me at no cost. Just had to complete the online claim form, upload a pic of the serial # and the Amazon receipt from purchase date. BINGO!**********************************We bought this in December 2024. It won't even turn on now. We have used it maybe 10 times to make sure it works. We have another one just like it. We live in Michigan, and we were saving it for our cottage. We took it out there this weekend, and it's no go! Do better, Keurig!

Love it!
I love this coffee maker! It’s easy to fill the water container (which can be moved to 3 sides of the maker for your convenience), easy to fill the grounds, and easy to clean. The carafe gives a nice pour, doesn’t dribble out of the spout, and is lightweight. The stainless steel carafe keeps coffee piping hot! I also love the dual function of using pods.
