Yes, it does. It is a cloth lanyard with a total length of about 31.5 inches.

Q: Can I adjust the length of the lanyard?

Mine is an elastic cord, so to that extent yes. If you mean will it stretch and stay at that length - then you will have to get another lanyard.

Q: Can I buy the grayscale card separately? I would like to have 6 of them.

No you can not but the gray scale separately.
