BRIS 8.2 Ft Inflatable Boat Inflatable Pontoon Dinghy Raft Tender Boat with Air-Deck Floor

We needed a new dinghy for our sail boat where size and weight are important criteria.The weight if the boat in the Amazon description is wrong, the air floor variant had a weight of about 77lbs - more than an equivalent zodiac but that i believe is due to heavier material.On the material and construction, this seems very well made, we have only used it for a two day trip but so far very impressed. Bris advertised 110denier but zodiac advertises 1100 decitex - as far as i can work out 1100 decitex works out to be 900-1000 denier - this might explain why the Bris is heavier even though smaller.We used an electric pump for a SUP for inflating and deflating - makes short and easy work and it means you can set the pressures per manufacturers guidance.Will update this review as we use the boat more but so far, i would certainly buy again, perhaps a slightly bigger one that we can use as a standalone boat for playing and fishing.

We bought this to use with our sailboat with a 4hp outboard. The short term use report is that it's been faultless! The 8.2 foot size states that it will accommodate 3 adults, and that is accurate. 2 adults and groceries works well. The overall quality seems to be very good. I wasn't sure how stiff the inflatable floor would be, but it is surprisingly rigid. I'm 200lbs and can stand on it with no bends/flexing. I guess the real test will be how well it holds up in the sun long term.

I’ve been using this dinghy for the summer as a tender. Easy to set up and inflated quickly. Never had to add air the entire summer. It’s a lightweight dinghy and can be a little skittish if you’re used to a heavier dinghy or a RIB.

The dinghy is fine so far, but the cover ripped when I tried to close it for the very first time (after folding the dinghy back up). Bad quality, very disappointing.

When I first got the boat I was really impressed. Looks great seemed to be high quality. Used it 3 times last September. Put it away for the winter and went to go use it for the first time this summer and the air floor had a leak. I contacted seller for replacement floor thru warranty. 2 months before I would get it!!! I boat in the north east so my boating season isn’t very long, so now im going to try and glue the floor hoping it will home for 2 months.

Had for about a month now and over all very satisfied with this dinghy. Their customer service also was very responsive. Once I received the dinghy, I inflated it in my living room and waited overnight to make sure there were no leaks. All chambers except the floor retained excellent pressure. The floor got a little soft so I contacted customer service via Amazon. They got back to me within just a couple of hours and recommended tightening the valve using the valve tool provided. This worked great and the floor stays hard now. On the water the boat is very buoyant and stable. I have a 2.5 hp outboard on it which gives it a top speed of about 5mph carrying 2 adults. It carried 4 large adults with no problem. The inflatable keel works good but not sure if its deep enough to allow the boat to plane with a 5hp motor.One minor complaint about the drain plug. It is held in place only by friction and doesn't seem very secure. It would be better to have a screw type plug.

No support. No quality. Cheap inflatable and when you have a problem no place to go.

it is perfect for my needs,i use it to take pet to the beach and easy to run and handle so far so good . Would i buy another ,yes i would perfect size for me and my dog
