Shimano BR-6700 Ultegra Caliper Pad Set (Road)

The brake pads work great, were easy to install and are reasonably priced.

These shoes are the perfect replacement for the old shoes on my vintage Fuji Gran Touring bicycle. They were easy to install and quiet.

A perfect replacement for the aging, corroded pad holders on my bike. I'm glad I was able to find these still available for purchase.

Of what I've read, these are supposedly the "middle of the road" model of pads. I couldn't tell the difference between the 6800 pads. I can't vouch for longevity, but they certainly stop. I'm happy with them.

The good news: These fit my 1990 Shimano Exage Motion calipers (1990 Schwinn Worldsport), whereas the threaded barrel on the SwissStop Full FlashPro Elites did not.The not so great news: They tend to be a bit noisy, even with seemingly proper adjustment. I may pull them and actually file the leading edges a bit to try to quiet them down. They stop about as well as my original Shimanos (yes, my original pads were indeed 27 years old, never having been changed, and starting to leave some nasty marks on my aluminum rims.On the upside, when these wear out, I can replace them with SwissStop pads in the same shoes.

Easy to put on and they work great.

Theses pads give much more confidence on the down hill . They are smooth, no noise and strong I’m about 240 and they stopped pretty dang quick even on hills.

Original equipment for Shimano Ultegra BR-6700 brakes. Easy switch. Easy to set cambre and pitch. Supple. Great stopping power. No squeaks at all.
