If you want a switch controller that is awesome and not expensive, then don't look further. Works great with all the games i've played and have used it consistently for more than 8 months with no issues. There is a tiny bit of drift sometimes but nothing too concerning that might affect game play or your aim in games like Fortnite.Also, i connect it to a PC and use it on there as well and it works very well!The BEST thing - it has an audio jack where you can connect your headphones, which to me is the biggest win of all.

Updated 11/28/21 I submitted our info on PDP’s website on a Wednesday. Got a response that day with instruction on steps to resetting stuff on the Switch by going through several menus. It worked, so I'm updating the review. Thrilled with their customer service. The controller has a little drift, and would probably rate it a 4.5 if that were an option. Based on customer service response alone I’d definitely order other PDP gaming products.**My son used this controller nearly daily for 2 months. He states there was a little drift, but still a good controller. Comfortable to use - not too large or too small. BUT, it stopped connecting to the switch (yes we tried every USB slot) after just 2 months. The description states it should be under warranty and I’ve started the process from PDP’s website. We will see if they back up their controllers or not, I guess. Will update if we have any luck with PDP.

Package arrived early and in perfect condition. It comes in original box and the controller does not feel cheap or flimsy. Buttons, D-pad and analog sticks all work and feel satisfying. The controller itself feels good in hand, I'm female and I didn't feel like anything was too far to reach or too close to cause hand cramping. The lighting is amazing too, I followed a YouTube video for setting the lighting functions and it's everything I had hoped for. The lights can go from OFF to 5 levels of brightness and you can choose steady on, fade or color cycle options. Mine is set to Color Cycle and level 5 brightness. The wire it comes with is also about 10 ft of length, I personally don't have the need for that length for my Switch's permanent setup but it's nice to have just in case.

This is a controller which has the feel of quality that you notice right as you unbox it.Sturdy buttons, beautiful LED lights and responsive controls. Does not feel in any way different to an in-box factory controller in the Nintendo Switch box. I recommend 10,000%.

I plugged it in and nothing happened even when I clicked buttons. I unplugged it and plugged It back in several times, the second time the function button flickered but that was the only response I got out of the 10 times I tried. Super sad cuz I read the reviews myself and most were good! I just wanted one that my son could plug his headset into so he didn’t have to sit so close to the tv. I think these wired controllers just don’t work too great. I had another one a while back that worked for a couple of months but suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason 😞 so I give up on these wired switch controllers. Wireless it is.

This controller is way better than the wireless nintendo switch controller because it doesn't lag whenever you press a button and the joysticks dont do that wierd drift thing. The headphone jack is awesome beacause it supports a mic very well, but the thing I dont realy like about it is that the paddles are just programmable buttons instead of just adding more controls. I also like it beacause it's way more cheap and way more better than the wireless controller. I really recommend this controller to who's ever buying this!😁
