I started taking this in addition to Inositol and ALA to help manage my blood sugar with insulin resistance from PCOS. I found that it actually worked too well and lowered my blood sugar too much. I was taking one and night and one in the morning , but cut down to 1 hoping it would help but even one was too much for me. The low blood sugar brought on dizziness and stomach nausea that was too much to tolerate. Probably a great product as a temporary solution for someone who has diabetes and needs to get their blood sugar under control fast for say, a surgery, however I say that with caution and it really should only be used under the supervision of your Dr. since it really does work but with potential serious side effects. For those wondering, I took it for approximately 2 weeks and had side effects from day 1.
