This wax melts really nice. It also went on well and did the job it’s supposed to.

My skin is sensitive but it worked very well for me.

When there are multiple items specifics details matter. I have ordered this item before but this time it was a taller cartridge and therefore I couldn’t fit the cover on the heater with the roller in making it a difficult to heat the cartridge with the roller on the cartridge. The height of the cartridge would have been a handy detail.

My only complaint is that I ordered a couple of these and they all came in separate mail packages.Other than that these work great! Love this have been using for years!

The wax is great! Goes on easily and comes off smoothly. I’ll definitely be ordering again, just hoping they have larger cartridges. I order the “large” cartridges and the large roller heads, and the cartridges are a lot smaller than what I thought they were going to be. I put them by my deodorant for size reference. I should’ve looked to see what the product dimensions were. Hope this is helpful.

This line of home waxing saves a ton of money and is very easy to use. Microwave, roll on and wax off with muslin strips. Just remember to make sure wax is NOT too hot after microwaving.

I've been using these refills for well over 10 years and never had a problem. I purchased a 12 pack last month and recently a 3 pack. I had the same problem with both packages. The wax does not come off the skin. I had to use an applicator and your soft wax to adhere to the roll-on wax to get the wax/hair off my client. I threw away all 15 cartridges after testing most getting the the same result. Hoping that is was a bad batch. I will wait a few months before I order more refills, hoping not to get the same results.

I ordered the "large" Roll-on Wax, but it’s honestly very small. For the price, the amount of product is just not reasonable. As others have mentioned in their reviews, the wax doesn’t melt properly, even after leaving it longer than usual in the wax heater (also from the same brand). What’s even more confusing is that their wax heater is about twice the size of the “large” wax cartridge. It makes no sense to sell a heater that big when none of the Roll-on Wax options (small, medium, or large) actually fit it properly.The wax itself doesn’t melt evenly, and you really have to be careful when applying it, as it can cause discomfort or even pain if it’s not spread correctly. The overall quality just doesn’t justify the price, especially considering the quantity you get. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the brand does offer a full range of pre- and post-waxing products, which are actually decent. But this Roll-on Wax was disappointing in both quality and value.
