Dell latitude laptop
Although a few years old, this laptop has most things available in buckets, great for business use. We bought this refurbed, and put the all-in-one touch screen pc in the loft, it saved so much space and easy to move around because of WiFi.unbreakable !

Fast and reliable service
Laptop developed a HDD fault within the first three months. The seller had arranged collection within the hour and within 48 hours it was back with me, with a new HDD installed. The communication was very good, I was given tracking numbers and kept up to date with it's progress. I would definitely recommend this seller and would use again.

Decent
The media could not be loaded. The track pad is not as sharp, have to click on it multiple times before it functions most times. Other than that, it’s pretty good

This was bought to replace my adult daughter's ageing laptop. She mainly uses these devices for surfing, D&D and social media and is very pleased with this item. Miles faster than her old i5 laptop and the SSD is a great improvement on the old hard drive.

Battery completely dead and not rechargeable
Despite assurances that everything had been completely checked before despatch the battery was completely dead and wouldn’t take a charge Probably one of the easiest things to check . I guess they just throw these things out. I now have to send it back and wait 7-10 days for a refund
