Good product
I have purchased the geyser 6 months back, till now it's good, no issue. Good attitude shown bu AO smith personnel during installation.

Product is Good but Installation Charged because it was bought online !
The installation person came as scheduled but he said one part which costs around Rs 1150 not included as I had bought on Amazon - he said if we buy from a store it’s included but if bought online we have to pay for it extra because the online platforms sell at a lower price the manufacturer does not include this item !Very strange

Not recommended
This product, along with its services, is highly disappointing. When purchased on Amazon, it does not come with a geyser connection pipe, and the technician demanded an additional ₹886 for it. Moreover, if you have high water pressure, this geyser is entirely unsuitable as it is incapable of handling it and may lead to issues with the water level pipe.

The Product is very good and a family for 4-5 people can use it. Further it heating capacity is very fast and quality wise it also Good

Product is good and service needs lot of improvement
I have bought the same model since the old one gone bad. Delivery was on time but the installation took forever. There is no good understanding between the installation person and customer care. They didn’t honour the appointment slot timing so I had to wait 2 weeks after receiving the product. Happy with the product but not with the installation.
