I am taking this and I don't notice any negative results. I have tried another brand that I could tell was working, but it may be because I wasn't on a med that may keep me from noticing the effects? I have also tried a third brand that had a cheaper cost, but I did not like the effects of it. I also chose this one overall to try after both reading reviews and looking at the active and "Other Ingredients", as I do not fare too well with ingredients derived from Palm. Thank you for not using any palm oil derivatives. I would buy more of your products if they had this same characteristic, but after searching for some other products I needed, I found that some of them do. Also, I chose this over the initial one I used to purchase because of the exclusion of folic acid and the presence of- L-Methyltetrahydrofolate. At any rate, thank you for the efficacy of this product, including the Choline and Inositol. Also, thank you for the free product offered after this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised. I do understand the marketing aspect, but that is not my concern. I can appreciate good product in addition to good marketing.

Started taking this because I was referred to take some kind of b12 methylfolate. I went with this one and after a few days I immediately seen a difference in my energy. Only downside to this is that the taste is very terrible and you end up peeing a neon yellow color but besides that it really helps.

I like the quality of these vitamins .. my hair was thinning did a lot of research and realized I couldn’t just take Biotin .. so switched to a B complex and this vitamin has all the right amounts .. I do see a different over the last month taking B complex .. I am doing other things week for my hair .. but I will stay on the vitamin

My friend introduced me to Vitamin B Complex many years ago when she noticed I was a bit down (crying in the backyard for no real reason). I started taking it and got instant results: increased energy and improved mood within an hour after taking. So I've learned over the years that this supplement really needs to be a part of my everyday routine. From time to time, I've tried other brands and was disappointed: there IS a difference. There are not all as effective for sure. But this one in particular is very easy to swallow, very effective, very competitively priced, and as long as it's available, I wouldn't experiment with any other brands again. This works and makes my daily life significantly better, replaced my need for an anti-depressant routine and I just highly recommend that anyone try it to get a little daily boost!

B vitamins are important; BUT for MTHFR (ers) they are essential. Especially the active form of vitamin B. 1 Body provides the active form in their B Complex Formula. I have MTHFR and was told about this brand from a physician friend, who also has MTHFR; so I bought it and tried it. After taking it for 1 week I noticed a difference in my energy levels both mentally and physically. I have been taking it for over 3 months now and I feel really good for the first time in a few years. I follow direction on the label and only take 1 a day in the morning with food. I have no complaints about this product. I am very thankful that it is helping me sleep better and giving me more energy mentally and physically. I give it a 5 Star rating.
