Excellent with caveats
I'm giving this a 5-star review, though after you read this you may be saying to yourself, "I would have given it less."Great price.Arrived quickly. All parts present. You WILL need a rubber mallet as mentioned in the instructions. Also a 1/2" socket. Maybe other tools as you will read below. The rubber mallet is used to 'hammer' in the handle-tray into the top shelf. HOWEVER, in no way could I get it to completely seat. I then discovered that the legs are designed to keep the handle-tray from falling out. Because the tray would not go all the way into its guides, the leg wouldn't properly seat on its mounting face. To 'fix' this, I trimmed about 3/8" off of the four handle-tray tabs (that the leg pushes against) with a high-speed cut-off tool. Took about eight seconds and then all was well. The instructions mention where to put the two Left and Right legs. They are unmarked as to which is which. I examined them and they all looked identical, so I went to mount the first one. That is when I discovered that they are not identical: to determine which leg goes at a specific mounting face, note the three hole fastener patterns of leg and base. The screws for leg mounting are Philips and need a stout, slightly blunt bit. I used my cordless drill to drive them. The threading is very aggressive -- like a lag screw, so be careful to not overdrive them because the plastic could become stripped and then you're in trouble.Tapped the base onto the legs with the rubber mallet. Carriage bolts are used which give a smoother surface in the bottom inside tray corners. The nut is 1/2" and has a nylon locking insert (nice!). I used a socket and extension to drive them using my cordless drill. Be sure to push the carriage bolt's square 'head' into the cavity and hold it in place before tightening the fastener, and like with the lag-style screws, do not overtighten. You may find that the pair of swivel casters are easy enough to fasten by simply spinning them out of the way, but (in my case using a drill) the fixed casters require an extension. What I am using the service cart for: I keep the gen in my truck. I took the wheels off, so when I need to move plywood, etc., I slide the gen onto the gate and transfer it to the cart for easy storage in my garage. No ramps necessary. It appears that this product is sold under a lot of different names and prices, some outrageously high. This WEN model was about $4 or $5 more than the cheapest that I found, but I went with WEN because I have one of their electric chainsaws and an electric-start dual-fuel generator and both are (IMHO) 5-star products. The 5-star review was because the 'issues' were, to me, non-issues easily rectified. The kind of 'issues' where you look over your glasses at the design engineer, sigh, and then slightly shake your head side-to-side. Your experience may be different, and I have little doubt that the same situation would be encountered with any other brand of the same product, all probably made in the same overseas factory.Hopefully this review prepares you for what you might encounter.UPDATE: A few days later I ordered a second cart. Same model number. Minor differences:The handle-tray assembly went in far easier and almost bottomed out as required. It was only about 1/8" from being correctly positioned; it required standing on it and 'hopping' a little to get it to seat that far. I carefully risked driving a single screw to see if it would pull together tightly which it did. No trimming was required. The legs had 'R-1' and 'L-1' molded into the inside surface unlike before.Rather than including a nylon insert lock nut, instead was a conventional nut and split (locking) washer. The nut was 14mm, not 1/2" as before.Otherwise, everything was fine and it retains a five-star rating.

Very sturdy and worth the money.
Very sturdy and easy to assemble. One thing though make sure you have a 17mm socket, ratchet and extension. I had all but the extension and had to order one.FYI

sturdy cart and excellent customer support
I received this cart 10/14/24 and put it together 10/20, only to discover at the last part of the build that there was a top corner cover that was broken. The part that covers the "leg" at the corner of the top tray. I wrote customer support asking for a replacement. Within days I had a notice back, then shipping info, the part arrived 10/26 and easily installed that day . I'm older , female with some hand and wrist difficulty. It took a bit to put together, due to that, not due to design. It's very sturdy, steers nicely and quietly. I got this to make my life easier toting around heavier stuff and groceries from the garage, etc. It's small enough to maneuver down the hall and thru doors and still holds a lot. I'm very happy with the purchase and the service.

Perfect
Very strong, great design, and the price is unmatched.ATTENTION!All the pictures shown have the casters in the wrong position. In order to use the pivot motion of the cart, you need the steering casters on the opposite side of the handle. I don't know why they have it wrong.
