flavors are good, seems like i feel better drinking after exercising.

I like these packets , they are easy to throw in my purse and anywhere I’m at i can buy a bottle of water and with my packet, make a sports drink i like on the go.

I can mix this up before I head out for a day in the yard and it keeps me hydrated and going. The 4 flavors are pretty strong in a 16oz water bottle, so I usually add a bit more water to mine. Taste of course is subjective so others may be very happy with the recommended 16oz of water. I have ordered these for the last couple of years and have no plans to stop. They are great to keep in your car or at home.

received all orange and was supposed to have gotten 4 flavors. now amazon says not way to correct it and can't find a way to get in touch of sealer. watch this sealer. product is good but when ordering you expect to get what you order.

Didn't give five stars because packets seem to have gotten wet. Each packet was hard and not powder like. Great tasting just not easy to dissolve.
