Not sure if it’s really helping but have not been as consistent as I should be to really know if I am seeing health benefits. Pretty expensive though so that sucks. Easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed increased energy. Smells and tastes like broccoli lol

Great preventative supplement

I began taking sulforaphane after reading about its possible positive effect for respiratory problems. I was diagnosed six months ago with COPD, which is degenerative, and I already had asthma. I needed/need all the help I can get regarding improved lung health, so I researched various brands and types of sulforaphane and settled on that made by SM Nutrition because of the way its made, its potency, and its inclusion of myrosinase to help bio-availability. I'm just about to the end of my second bottle.It's easy for manufacturers to make great claims for their supplements, and while studies about suforaphane and the lungs may be inconclusive, I've found that this sulforaphane really IS helpful and as good as SMN says it is. It has helped reduce mucus, inflammation, and has seemed to work well as a general antioxidant. I have other health issues, including Crohn's disease, which also benefits from the suforaphane's anti-inflammatory properties.

This is an easy way to take this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I prefer them to gummies (which taste funny)

I WAS EATING FRESH BROCCOLI SPROUTS BUT FOUND IT TOO HARD TO KEEP THEM FRESH FOR LONG SO I TRIED THESE AND THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT. VERY POTENT HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT!!!
