Tripp Lite Swivel/Tilt Wall Mount with Arm for 13" to 27" TVs, Monitors, Flat Screens, LED, Plasma or LCD Displays (DWM1327SE) Black

I've had this for a while now before making this review and I only have one complaint. Mounting took almost no time at all and only minimal tools. I'm currently using this to mount a 27" monitor for use as a secondary monitor. The double arm gives it enough space from the wall to be position exactly like I need it to be for long sessions at my desk. My only complaint is the tilt function doesn't seem to hold in place exactly where it need it to BUT the difference is only slightly off. I'm still going to give it five stars. The quality of the components compared to the price is great.

i just replaced this my old 1 for this , my old 1 was about 8 months old and had several issues , this product is very sturdy , good coating easy to put up , wish i had seen this 1 8 months ago .

It doesn’t hold my 21.5 in tv when extended. It droops

I purchased this mount for my kitchen area to use with my Vizio 19" television. The installation went easy, however when the television was mounted and adjusted for tilt, the position would not stay no matter how tight the adjustment. In addition, the application was to extend the television to use and return it back against the wall, freeing up counter space. Each time extended, then returned the arm adjustments would loosen up allowing thearticulating arms to "droop". I contacted the company to verify I purchased the correct model for my size television which they verified I had. The mount is very neat with sturdy, quality materials, however the mechanics need to be re-engineered; tilt adjustment needs a more aggressive gripping material in place of the ridged rubber cups and the articulating arms need nylon bushings that keep the adjustments tight, but allow the articulating arms to move.

Light weight but sturdy. Does tilt slightly. Using as a store surveillance system 15" monitor above retail counter.

I ended up replacing this mount for another brand. My application was in a van, so perhaps in a home where it never moves it would be better, but it was horrible in any use I think. It was hung perfectly straight, but when you would move it to angle it to the right or to the left, the TV would no longer be level and there's no way to straighten it up. In my case, the Tripp Lite mount is not suitable for Van Life or RV's, as it needs to be strapped down to keep it from moving around when in motion. A much better solution are the newer gas strut units that will articulate however you want them and will stay in place after you move the TV. They have full rotation, too, which allows you to adjust the TV to keep it level no matter the angle. I would recommend the NB North Bayou TV Monitor Wall Mount Bracket.
