Great for Organization!
I LOVE THESE!!!I'm planning for a big move, so these have been a lifesaver. The labels come with a little app to keep track of what is in each box, and you can edit the name of your totes, the location their stored in, and move items around freely without scanning. Every item you insert into the tote on the app has the option to add a SKU number in case you wanted to order again, you can add pictures to each item, the quantity of each item, etc.I fully intend on continuing to use these just to keep track of what I have stored, as well.Sometimes the labels themselves lose their adhesive, so you may need tape to keep them on your totes.

These 2.5"x3" ToteScan QR labels make organizing storage bins, moving boxes, or office supplies incredibly efficient. Each of the 45 unique labels links to a customizable digital inventory via the free ToteScan app—no subscription required. Simply scan a label to view contents, photos, or notes, saving time and eliminating guesswork. The labels adhere well and are easy to reposition if needed. A smart, modern solution for staying organized at home, during moves, or in warehouse settings.

Great for Organization or Moving!
I was given these for a Christmas Gift after a family member saw all the totes I had of Christmas Decorations. I wasn't sure what to expect using them but OMG this is such an amazing idea. The app is very easy to use. For each tote you can list out everything that is in there and also include a photo! I had 28 totes and everything is now labeled. I will be doing this for other areas of the house as well. If you are moving I can see where this tote system could be a game changer in organization. If you are OCD or like things organized I urge you to check this out!

Amazing Business Use!
I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this affordable product has literally changed the way we do inventory at our company. For reference, my department sends various companies under our parent company to over 100 tradeshows a year. Because of that, we have HUNDREDS of totes with different swag items, quantities, in addition to pull ups, backdrops, tablecloths, you name it!Dealing with swag inventory alone was a nightmare, and we manually would have to count items every other month of so to see if we were running low on items. This is a gamechanger and wish I had found it 3 years ago when our company started expanding. We have been able to assign profiles to those different companies, and therefore run reports for each brand on what they have under swag, tradeshow assets, technology, etc.We were so stressed thinking we would have to spend thousands on an inventory management system that was meant for sellers/warehouses, but this works just fine for our business case. For those tradeshow assets that Fedex continuously loses or delays, we can now also write in the description WHERE we sent those items to better track our inventory.Another thing I wanted to mention was their speedy customer service. I wrote about using the wrong personal work email and wanting to use our department email address so everyone could access, and within MINUTES, I had someone via email letting me know they were available to help 24/7, not some automated message.Highly recommend and super excited to put these stickers on everything we have!

It works and some suggestions
Just got it for a trial run and it does what it advertised. The searching could be faster and it should allow tags; otherwise, you will have to remember to use which tags to ease your later searching. It should also allows photo cropping as well as setting photos to a lower resolution by default because photos these days take up a lot of space. But none of these are dealbreaker, just hope they will be available some days as they can all be accomplished by software updates.

Exactly as advertised, but not for me
I didn't think fully, in advance, before purchasing these.I am not moving; my purpose was to acquire labels I could place on storage containers in closets and garage.I have an advanced home inventory application that allows me to assign barcodes to items and/or containers. I wanted to put these labels on containers, and then assign inventory items to those containers. Then, when looking up an item, the app will tell me what container it is in and where it is located. Or conversely, I can scan a container and the app will tell me what is in it.I needed labels with a code, but also a visible number. This way if you are looking for a specific container, you can visually see when you have found it (I don't read 'QR' or 'barcode' :-)My app scans in the label and gives me the option of naming the container. It can use the same name as the scan code, or I can overwrite and manually enter a name. But I want the name from the label, as that is what my eyes will see in the app, and then on the container, once I can locate it. But because these are QR codes, **the code and name a URL**. This would be fine if I were using the app provided by the manufacturer. But it offers a problem for me in that I have to manually rename, in the app, every container because the name in the app does not match the code on the QR label. This would take much longer than normal to get the job done, and it's already a daunting task to complete a full home inventory.Instead, I ended up purchasing some barcode labels. These, when scanned, just come back with the number displayed under the barcode (no URL): https://www.amazon.com/ZbZcYmt-Asset-Tags-Pre-Printed-Barcode/dp/B0BQ6BZSW9/ref=sr_1_9?crid=1BM57BLZTBO6B&keywords=barcode%2Blabels&qid=1690396964&sprefix=barcode%2Blabels%2Caps%2C105&sr=8-9&th=1You may be perfectly fine with these QR labels. I post this only as food for thought before you purchase. For a moving event, seems like it would work like a charm. But for long term storage, and because I am using a different app, it presents problems.Suggestion to manufacturers: give us two copies of the same label. I'd like a label on the short side and the long side. I never know how a container will be stacked for maximum efficiency. Having only 1 label means I am forced to choose and potentially my label may be hidden. Also, by having two labels on a container, if one gets marred or comes off, hopefully, the second will still be attached and valid. I could find no one selling 2 copies or more (4 is thinkable) of either QR codes or barcodes.
