Work as advertised
I was able to follow online tutorials and connect and use this Camera on an Arduino Uno.I did find the default settings to be non-functional with a Mega and I was not able to determine what needed to change. With the Library I used, and the full resolution settings, it's very slow. Not so much Video as the refresh rate of an early 2000s photobooth.I haven't tried grayscale or a lower resolution yet but I imagine they'll be a bit quicker.I'm hoping to use it for a robot vision system. That may require a higher level of MCU.

No funcionó bien
Si le es de utilidad deberían pedir otro por qué no funcionó como debía .

Good price and quality
Thx

These low-res are great for slow microprocessors.
These work good enough for my project using a WiFi Arduino UNO.

Alot of wires
If you like the manual set up of all the wires and pins, you'll love the project and may find it interesting. However, I found that it was quite cumbersome to set up the device for use, and I would recommend buying slightly more expensive product if your not interested in the long wiring process as some products will be quicker to set up.

VGA only
The VGA resolution is the upper limit. Low cost therefore shouldn't have high expectations. But too many pins (without modular ribbon cable attachment) and specialized libraries make this device suitable only for dedicated vision processing (image recognition in bulk) practitioners.Arduino support is very poor; there are better libraries for microPython. Arduino promotes MIT Processing to display output but, of course, despite the common heritage (i.e. Java), technical support is limited.

Quality control
One of the modules has a solder ball on the PCLK trace. The other module appears to be fine. I'll update my review once I capture a couple of images from them.Update: Both camera modules work. Documentation is the absolute worse. The default color settings don't appear to work properly. The secret to YUV with correct colors is writing address 0xB0 with 0x84 (This is a reserved register. I have no idea what this does).I used these coefficients for the YUV to RGB conversionr = y + 1.371*(v-128);g = y - 0.698*(v-128) - 0.336*(u-128);b = y + 1.732*(u-128);Although the datasheet says up to 30 fps, 60 fps is possible with an internal clock of 48 MHz.
