Great cable, if you only have audio coming out of one side try putting it in a little harder. It took me a few tries the first time when I got this cable as I hadn't had reason to take out the original cable so I didn't know what to expect but this cable is good quality. My user error to start with turned out to be just that! Overall great cable does what it set's out to do well which is to replace the original!

I bought this cable as a replacement for the one that came with my Sennheiser HD 518 headphones, as it comes with a ridiculously long cable. That cable kept getting tangled, and I'd run over it with my desk chair all the time. Very annoying. This shorter one gives identical sound quality but without the annoyances relating to the length of the original.

Great quality replacement cable. Nice soft rubber casing, comfortable against skin. The twist lock works same as original. The only thing I don't like and it's just a tiny niggle really is I would prefer it without the thread for the 6 mm adapter. It looks like its not in my DAC properly, I would like it better if it went flush into the socket.

I have had several attempts at finding a decent cable to replace the rather flimsy, rubbery, short cable that comes as standard with Sennheiser's HD598SR headphones (in addition to the far better long one).It has to be said that this excellent cable is definitely the best of the bunch I have tried and at 1.2m is the perfect length for use with my mobile phone or Hi-Res player. The cable is reassuringly thick at 4mm diameter and the plugs at each end are robust and well-finished. I am particularly impressed with the flush manner in which the screw-on 3.5mm to 6.3mm adaptor fits the cable's 3.5mm plug.Since buying the first cable I have ordered another to use with my Yamaha HPH-MT5 headphones which use the same 2.5mm bayonet fitting.Overall then I can heartily recommend this cable and my hope it that the company will also offer an improved version of their HD700 cable (for my Nightowl and Nighthawk Carbon headphones) featuring this particular 4mm cable for the long section before the Y-splitter and the high-quality plugs and adaptor seen here.

On connecting to headphones, found cable didnt go all the way into headphone extension, but no matter, great sound, therefore confirming it was the cable on my Sennheisser HD599's that needed replacing.Great replacement.

It stopped working after one month.So I need to look for a better cable now.

This is a perfect replacement cable for a damaged one. It's well built and fits into the headphones perfectly and latches in.Perfect for giving new life to a set of headphones that are otherwise just fine.

This is the 2nd one of these I've ordered now and both have broken within a month. I cannot recommend it for this reason unfortunately.
