I have used a CPAP machine (to help me breath at night) for the last 20 years. My present machine stopped working at0430 hrs on Saturday morning. I ordered a new transformer and it was delivered on Monday.it fitted my machine(A resmed S9) and is working perfectly.it is just the job.

Agree with other 5-star reviews. Works perfectly with my ResMed S9. It is SMALLER, LIGHTER & MUCH CHEAPER than original one. Highly recommend.UPDATE on 10 Dec 2019I initially agreed with others, this was a 5-star item, as initial testing was fine (just plugging in). As my S9 is my backup system, luckily I've tried tonight to use it overnight, before I fly abroad tomorrow, and ... I had a message "Check ResMed 30/90W Power Supply Unit and fully insert connector." 🙁 ... Tried all suggestions on various forums, but ... NOTHING worked 🙁 ... I can now see that ResMed protected themselves like Apple did with their power supplies, cables & plugs (just buy THEIRS) 🙁

Does what i stated on the tin. forgot to take the power cable away with me. Found this on amazon site and was delivered very quickly (one working day).
