incredible inhaler for salt and relieve
I am using this product now. I have cystic fibrosis but in a lesser way than most but it does get worse as you age unfortunately, been so since I was 3. I follow the CF program but thru an alternative approach and it seems to be keeping things under control with effort. I find it helpful but I still use my regular inhaler. What I am finding out is that when I drink the himalayan salt twice a day (solay water--concentrated himalayan salt process) that is helping. I drink one teaspoon in the morning and the evening; most people need just one teaspoon for the day, but with CF more salt in the diet is needed. It doesn't taste to bad. That approach is making some differences. I use the himalayan salt inhaler along with my other inhaler. The salt inhaler makes my lungs feel good: it seems to help break up the thick mucus in the lungs if you use it regularly, like 20 minutes or more a day. (Asthma is a lower tract problem visiting the lungs or at least if you read about asthma ascarsis it has a full cycle from the lower tract into the lungs. Not a fun problem. It isn't genetic but a bacterium that is very hard to kill, but with the salt program and probiotics/prebiotics, asthma you can get rid of.) CF is a real physical problem in the DNA: a gene issue. The drinking of the himalayan salt helps to alkalize the body but it also does some unique tricks of its own for what it is. It is a wonderful mineral supplement of many minerals in addition to the salt. Salt kills anything and is a killer of germs and helps with infections of the lungs also. It is good with bronchitis also. The process has to be used daily as the fight to keep the lid on it is always there for most lung issues. CF isn't an easy problem that can be resolved, but controlled. The salt inhaler I really like. It makes my lungs feel good. I can breathe a lot deeper with it I've noticed. I've had mine many months now and progress is good with it. Please note I am not talking about table salt or sea salt of any kind; I am talking about the himalayan salt. It is the only one that has this incredible balancing and healing property to it. I am seeing some wonderful results by drinking it. And believe me lung problems have been so miserable for me that drinking it is nothing. If that solves the problem and gives me my life back and my energy, I can handle it. The salt inhaler is incredible. Highly recommended.

Waste of Money
This has no use. Open your salt grinder and take a few breaths over it.Don’t waste your money. I’d give you the one I bought just to save your money.

Good temporary alternative to expensive inhalers.
Growing up as a kid with asthma, I struggled with breathing problems throughout my life. When I started playing sports in high school I felt that I "outgrew" my chronic breathing problems. Now, with my busy schedule, I find it hard to go to the doctor all the time for checkups to get prescription inhalers. I found this inhaler on Amazon and read some reviews on it and thought that there wasn't much for me to lose(It's pretty cheap!).The first time I used it I thought "Wow, this tastes like salt!" Hehe go figure! Anyway, after the initial use, I IMMEDIATELY felt alot of the mucous that was engraved in my lungs come up. I coughed it out and about 3 minutes later, I was fine. I almost felt as refreshed as when I take a prescription inhaler, the only difference in my opinion, is while taking prescription inhalers, the medicine feels that it "stays" in your lungs for a long period of time(I am talking about rescue and long term inhalers.)Remember that this product is not an end all be all remedy for breathing problems and if possible use this as a temporary relief between periods of time where you do not have an actual inhaler.

It works!
I was a bit skeptical about inhaling sea salt and having any impact whatsoever, but I had heard great things from a lot of people that had tried it after Dr. Oz recommended it. I had a terrible chest cold (which for me turns into bronchitis yearly) and was miserable, so I thought I would give it a try before I had to use antibiotics or deal with my breathing getting any worse. I received the product very quickly through Amazon Prime 2 day and it was packaged properly and as described.I breathed slowly in through my mouth and out through my nose for about 15 minutes in the morning and before bed while reading a book. I noticed a slight improvement after the first day, and more and more improvement over the next 2 days. By day 4 I was feeling great, and I never recover from a chest cold this bad, this quickly. I had had to sleep sitting up in the recliner due to coughing every time I tried to lie flat prior to getting the Crystal Salt Inhaler and nothing else was working. This definitely helped with my sinuses and lungs, and I noticed my allergies were not as bad as they normally are with the change from summer to autumn each year. I have already bought another as a gift for my best friend, and will continue to use it to lessen my allergy problems. One friend said it took her a week and a half to notice a difference but her symptoms weren't as severe. Another who has been using one for a year (different brand) said that she has to use her prescription asthma inhaler twice as often if she travels without this. Now that I'm not sick, I just use it once a day, before bedtime, but I would definitely recommend twice a day for the first couple of weeks or when you are fighting severe allergies or asthma. I don't know why it works, but it does! Let me know if you have any questions in the comments and I'll be happy to provide any answers I can.
