Satisfied with these pickups. Fantastic neck pickup
I had a Fender player series tele. Simply put, the Seymour Duncan’s offered a better sounding neck pickup. I didn’t feel there was any improvement in the bridge pickup offered from the factory stock pickup that came with the guitar. But this improvement justifies the purchase. Very satisfied

great vintage tone
I bought an SX Tele copy (Furrian) as an experiment. First I replaced the pots ,switch , cap and jack with a Starr Guitar System. This produced a dramatic improvement in the tone of the stock pups. I was thinking of leaving well enough alone , but after few days I decided to install the Duncan's . The results are very impressive , in blind tests with other "real' Telecasters , this guitar held it's own and then some . The Vintage Broadcaster pups live up to their name , great vintage tone ! If you plan on popping these into an import be sure to upgrade ALL the electronics .

The upgrade I was after
Love them, exactly what I wanted. Was looking for the right candidate to get the most out of my Fender FSR Standard Tele (2014, BSB, MiM, ash body, came with ashtray bridge with brass saddles, reversed switch plate, and Hot Ceramic pickups that sounded decent, but I didn't think they gave the guitar the justice it deserved) and these pickups gave that to me. I couldn't be happier, they sound great finger picked. Neck sounds lovely and smooth, bridge sounds bright and captures the twang I was after, and they sound great together. Definitely would buy again if I upgrade another Tele.

Excellent sound, reasonable price
This pickups sound great, and they were not too expensive. They were a big improvement over stock. I know tone is very subjective, but these work great for me.

Better then when purchased But
Bought these to replace the pickups in a Telecaster FSR. A Christmas gift my kids got me a few years ago. You know one of those Guitar Center - Fender deals. Cheap body and neck with even cheaper parts sold at a premium price. Replaced the totality of the electronics, CTS pots and orange drop caps, new switch, and output jack as well. The original pickups are ceramic and pretty hot. Not much Tele twang. The Duncans; still not twangy but I really like the neck pick up. Round and smooth, drives the front end of an amp well. The Bridge is just so so. It sounds good, but not great and there is nothing about the sound that makes it stand out in any way.If I was to do this again, either a completely different set of someother brand or mix and match the neck from this set with someone elses bridge pickup.

I just put these in my American Standard tele with alder body and maple neck. They sound so darn good. Never thought I was going to find the sound I have been looking for. Well this is it. I definitely recommend them.

Not Worth the Price
I was expecting pickups that would magically carry me back to the early days of electric guitars and rock'n'roll. These didn't do it for me. To me, they sound like underpowered telecaster pickups. Oh well, the search continues!
