We have these in our home and our barn. We use these in the house in the hallways for night lights and in the bathrooms. I have these in the barn outlets because the light switches are not near the doors, these give ample light to be able to see a clear path to the animals.

Bright and the ability to turn it off, low or high is convenient. I have one in my kitchen, bathroom and hallway.

Bestest super bright nightlight! I plugged it in and I was like whoa...these are sooo much brighter than my regular nightlight! I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for super bright. I'm so glad I got these!

Does not take a lot of space on the outlet. I love the solid white color as a nightlight. Only downfall, I thought on the picture, it said it was light sensing. I might have read descriptions wrong. First picture is on low and second is the high setting. Love it for family to have a good pathway to the bathroom and for the dog to roam around. 200 lumens

Love these lights! Wish I found them earlier. They are the best lights I have found that provide high or low light. These are perfect for lighting hallways bathrooms closets garages etc… I plug them in on low when we leave town. Just ordered more for elderly couple who need lots of lights at night so they don’t fall.No sensor but the high and low are awesome.

Edit Aug. 31, 2024,Absolutely no change in brightness or quality. These GE plug in ultra bright lights have been on for almost 2 years straight. Money well spent.Edit Oct. 10. 2023:Still going strong, no change after all this time. I haven’t touched them since the time I mentioned below. Excellent buy if you’re looking for a bright light. I’m actually about to purchase another set for my office where a low light night light isn’t cutting it. .1st review Oct 2, 2022:I buy a lot of stuff on here with my own money but don't often feel compelled to leave a review. These GE Ultrabright LED night lights definitely deserve one, though.We moved into an older house that doesn't get a lot of light in the front rooms during the day, so you can imagine that it gets extremely dark at night. The hallway gets very little ambient light during the day from the other rooms. There are not a lot of electrical plugs and the hallway light is only accessible from the middle of the hallway. We definitely needed a good light source for the hallway and one for the living room for when we needed to walk around at night.I did a lot of research and buying of different auto shut off and off/on night lights that were too low light. They were ok for other uses but not for the hallway or living room.I finally found these night lights and bought them on November 2, 2021 and it is now October 5, 2022. These lights are still going strong with absolutely no issues. We use one in the hallway that I at first would turn off during the day. I gave up on that after a few days and just leave it on all day, every day, since there's nothing more "fun" than coming out of my office after dark while working from home into a pitch black hallway/house. This allows us to not ever have to turn on the hallway light unless we need a super bright light on, or have company over (only so they don't think we live in constant dimness, even though we do lol. We like it like that, ok??).The other night light is in the living room closest to a bay window and is on auto shut off mode. This one gets enough light to shut off during the day, plus it gives off a bright enough light at night where I can easily see to walk around and don't have to turn on the lamps.At first I thought they were too bright. I will say that if you are planning to use one of these in your bedroom or to have one in the hallway with the doors open, these might not be the lights for you. They are BRIGHT without being overhead light bright. We leave our bedroom door open, which took some getting used to for my partner. I, however, am not a fan of the pitch black dark, so I love them.I know nothing about how much electricity these use, though I would be interested in finding out. I don't think it's listed here on the page. However, our 1930s 3 bedroom home has the (updated) central air on blast throughout the summer and the heat goes strong throughout the winter but our electric bill is around what we expect. Just know that these lights are excellent if you're looking for BRIGHT soft white lighting at an excellent cost.

Super bright LED and sensors work great to switch on at the right time.

Item description states these have 5 light levels. There is one level for 'Auto' and it is a wee brighter for 'On'. Only other switch area is for 'Off'.Description also states that it has 'motion detection'. As I wrote a bove it has just three settings and no setting for motion. For my review, Amazon specifically askes about Motion Detection feature?The box was a plain brown box, unlike the nice retail box shown. There are no instructions (though it was pretty easy to figure out with three settings) which would of been nice to describe features it was supposed to have and how to use them. It came with just a tiny warning on electrical info..The decription shows this exact light as well as the features listed above that it didn't have.Brightness.... man, this light needs the five brighness settings. It is supposed to be a night light but if you get up in middle of night from sleeping and this light is in the hall, you're awake! It is pretty blinding. This would be good for maybe cabinets, gun safes and such but you'd have to turn it on/off or leave on all the time because sensor senses it is dark. They say it's a soft white light. It's a bright white light with no softness.Other than description being wrong, if you want a brighjt white light in a smaller area, this could be your answer. It lights like a miniature bright white flood light. The quality seems to be really good and I guess depending on what led's are used, should last a long time. Being a GE product, I feel it will last.This is one of those items where you wish you could try before buying. It's deceiving in description, though model, pictures and such are accurate. This will work well for some, but for myself as a night light, it's a no go unless I put on sunglasses first when getting out of bed (lol).
