I have a history of burning mouth syndrome, and this is the only toothpaste I can use that does not trigger the pain. I'm not sure what the difference is with other toothpastes. I know some of them use menthol and I think that might be part of the problem. In general I think this is an excellent toothpaste. I have been using it for many years. The flavor is very mild, and I like it. I hope they never stop making it!!

My dentist friend recommended this toothpaste to prevent from cavities. I’ve used it for almost 5 years. It’s definitely working. Being a cavity prompt person, I have had cavities in the past 3 years at least.

I am a natural mama and unfortunately chose the wrong toothpaste. it completely destroyed my enamel and weakened my teeth. I am AMAZED I thought my teeth were beyond saving which would have been awful. I'm a new mom only 34, My baby girl always has me smiling in our pix and I wanted the focus to be on our happiness and not my teeth. My teeth are back in good health. Great taste, my teeth are clean and white, no more pain, and my breath smells great! I think it seriously reversed the damage and I am now back to my smiley self.

I have purchased 4 tubes of this and plan to continue. It is more expensive than store bought toothpaste, but SO WORTH IT for cavity prone people. As someone who has to constantly have cavities filled despite brushing and flossing, this has been a game changer. I have only had one cavity since starting this toothpaste. My trick is to NOT RINSE. Just spit it out well and wait a few minutes before eating/drinking.

Disliked the "pasty" feel and low-sudsing of this product.
