Great appearance upgrade!
Second picture is the original plate mounting bracket, which may have come standard on my 1999 FLHRCI (not sure, the bike had several prior owners). It was designed to be secured to the luggage rack/passenger back rest that I removed. Bulky, and didn't really have the look I was going for without all the extra gear I took off.The first picture is with the new layback mounting bracket, which I think better suits the lines of the bike. Good quality metal, decent weight, and bolts seemed OK. Overall , an inexpensive way to clean up the rear fender. 👍

2007 Electra glide removed tour pack
It fit nicely. It was just simpler than below tail light mount kit. I like the look as well
