I applied three coats to our slate front porch. It's very easy to use. Let it set up and wipe off any excess. Repeat this process. It has a nice low sheen finish. It put a tight bond on the flaky slate. I have been in the painting field for over 40 years and have a lot of experience with coatings. I found this product to be outstanding. Just don't over apply. It goes a long way.

This is a great product

The product is good, bought it twice to seal front and back patio after stencil work. I have to say that it goes easy with roller but do not leave any puddles behind, make sure that the layer is even and well spread. If you leave a puddle, that location will become yellow once it dries. I learned my lesson but I still have one place that is yellow. Also be careful as the surface can be slippery once this is applied and dried

Very easy to place. Put Second coat on only 10 or 15 minutes after first. Placed on stamped concrete that’s about 3 years old.

I used this product on the faux stone on the interior of my house. The mortar used left a masonry odor. Seal Once eliminated the odor and left a Matt finish on the stone. Would definitely upset this product again.

Loved this product and price! Used it in my warehouse. Added floor stickers to designate locations. It’s still holding up even with heavy traffic

This is a very good product and easy to apply. But quickly becomes expensive because one gallon covers just about an 8' x 8' area and my patio area was larger. I had to order another can (and Amazon really delivered quickly, by the next day) but if the instructions are truly correct...that the second coat needs to be applied within an hour of the first coat, I may have just wasted my time and money. Advice...be sure to know in advance the size space you will cover and read the instructions carefully to learn how much that gallon should cover BEFORE you begin. Looking back, I think this project could have been done much more cheaply.
