Ease rubbing between toes
The protective wrapping to the gel is fiddly to remove but once removed the pad sticks firmly to the skin. The gel pad is thin and works to stop rubbing and irritation between the toes.The application diagrams poor and there are no English instructions.

Great for my between the toe corns. Maybe not quite thick enough in my opinion!!
