super non stick, great for fruit tarts

I bake quiche pretty much weekly and this is the perfect quiche tart. Very durable, good conductivity and easy to pop out the quiche at the end. It is a high quality pan for a good price.

The pan was easy to use, lived up to its nonstick claim and was a breeze to clean.

I thought I owned one like this, but couldn't find it when I started to make a tart so I bought a new one. The pan worked great for my recipe. I found that it was easiest to handle if I set it inside a baking sheet, because any pressure on the bottom plate would separate the bottom from the ring. The pan went into the freezer, then into the oven during the process of making this tart, and it was fine at any temperature. Cleanup was easy with the nonstick surface.

Finally got to use this pan I got myself for Christmas. Works perfect!

Good tart pan. Inexpensive. Lightweight but sturdy. Nice looking. Made a full size apple tart and it was easy to remove the outer ring. Had no issues with sticking. Definitely recommend.

Perfect pans, The quality was just as I hopwd for. Excellent Valye. Made the perfect thickness, pecan pie bars.Im ordering two more...They are Simply Great.
