Fisher-Price Octonauts Gup A Deluxe Vehicle Playset

My son's favorite show is the Octonauts on the Disney channel. Of course for some reason the US has not figured out they could make a lot of money selling these toys, so the only place you can find these cute little figures is overseas. I've bought most of this set from this seller (Toy Crazes) and I have to say I am very impressed with the turn around time. Even though shipping estimates were 1 month or more - I recieved most of them within a week. Some even faster than things I ordered in the US! The price is expensive, but given that the only place you can buy these products is from the UK, I understand. I saw that the price changed a bit on this (as most do on amazon) and watched this product to see if I could get it for the cheapest I could. Toy Crazes is a great company to offer free shipping to us in the US so we can get these anxiously awaited toys. Thank you!This Gup-A is huge. It holds many Octonauts and hurt animals. We haven't used this in the tub, but it works great on the floor. My son (3 years old) does need some help twisting it to get it to move on it's own, but doesn't always need to twist it. He just pushes the Gup along by itself as he is playing with his figures. We love this with the rest of our Octonauts.Update - Now that the U.S carries the toys this toy is easier to find - you can find them every where now. We still love it and it still gets played with 3 years later! Definitely worth the extra money I paid back before they were available in the US.

3 yo loves playing with this land and tub

I gifted this and a few other octonauts toys to my son for his birthday. He loves them all!!The "glass" part of the gup always gets taken off, but I don't mind putting it back on and also, sometimes they just play without it.We also have Peso, Kwazii, Shellington, Tweak and Dashi. They can ALL fit in the Gup A and my boys love that.It also has two pegs in the front of the gup and two in the back compartment that you can secure the octonauts feet to (all their feet have holes for the pegs to go in). But taller octonauts like Shellington and Tweak can't fit in the back if they're on the pegs, but they can fit in the front. And my boys don't ever use the pegs anyways, it's just me if I'm playing with them.Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and the boys love that they have a gup to go with all of the octonauts! If only they made a giant octopod.

Now everyone knows if they have a child who is obsessed with Octonauts, the toys are very hard to come by and usually the price is insane. After a lot of searching I found of amazon is probably the best place to buy anything related to the show. The package came a whole month before the date it said (still actually saying it will be here on sept 15) besides that the toy was perfect. Now i cant order anything else for myself unless an Octonaut toy is on its way, only because the pure excitement he gets from just watching the show makes spending a bunch of money on these toys. THANKS!

We ordered this for our daughter's birthday, when we saw the price drop one day, because she LOVES the Octonauts. It was larger than we expected, Captain Barnacles fits into it easily, as does Kwazii (does not come with this toy but she also got him for her birthday). She can even fit the hooks and other animal characters in it. There are little pegs near the front of the inside of the ship you can hook the figures feet too (by a small hole in their foot) so they can stand up in the ship with the doors closed. My 4 year old has broken the clear door of the front of the ship a few times but so far it just pops right back on no problem.The toy has great details in the inside, all the same color as the ship but it shows switches and screens as well as the Octonauts logo. I have no idea why they decided to put Captain Barnacles in a red wet suit but my daughter does not seem bothered by it. The toy can go in the bath tub as well (watch out, the angler fish sinks and is small enough to go down some drains!) and my daughter LOVED playing with it in the tub. It seems to rinse clean pretty easily but it does take awhile to dry so we are not letting her use it in the bath all the time as we don't want it to mold. Overall she loves to play with it and was thrilled to receive it, it's nice that it comes with the hook and net in addition to the ship and two figures (Captain Barnacles and the Angler fish) - makes it ready to play pretend right away!The shipping from this seller was also pretty fast, so it made it to us in plenty of time - way before the estimated ship date. We were very pleased!

If you are going to purchase only one Octonauts toy, this is the one! Our boys use this in the tub and out of the tub. It doesn't do much in the water but our boys like to submerge it and play with it when taking a bath. Our older son loves to fill it with sea creatures (from other Octonauts sets/toys) and also with the little mini Gups that are available for purchase. Our older son loves the Gup A so much he requested their birthday cake (they both have November birthdays) to be a Gup A (I was able to make this happen luckily!). Whenever he is around other toddlers - boys and girls - they are magnetized to this toy! I'm not sure if it is the shape or the color or what but all kids want to touch it and play with it. I have purchased several and given them as gifts.

Octonauts toys from the original series are impossible to find due to them all being discontinued, now they're for sale for 3-4x their original MSRP. I found this and immediately slammed buy now because it wasn't Lego or $80. The visor glass does pop off pretty easily but that is genuinely so it doesn't break, it pops back on with ease. My boy is obsessed and loves it so so much, thank you for not charging an arm and a leg.
