Hamilton Beach Professional 5-Speed Electric Hand Mixer with Snap-On Storage Case, QuickBurst, Stainless Steel Twisted Wire Beaters and Whisk, Mint (62658)

I purchased this hand mixer several months ago, and have used it quite a bit instead of my heavy KitchenAid mixer, which I have to store away and lift out each time I use it. This mixer does a great job with cake mixes and making creamy whipped fillings. I love the plastic clip on container that holds the beaters and the cord, and it does not take much space to store. I also like the low, start up speed. It does not flip your ingredients out of the bowl when you first start mixing. The high speed is sufficient also. The beaters eject with a simple flick of your finger under the handle.

Works great.just what I wanted

My old mixer didn't last 8 months (same brand). Thought I would give this brand a 2nd try. This feels more powerful. The beaters are made differently and will get in the bottom of a rounded bowl much better than the old design. The bottom case that holds the beaters and cord is 100% better than old design. It is made of acrylic instead of plastic. The end is open and does not stick. Where the cord attaches to the mixer ...it swivels! That is great.

The mixer is fine it is just annoying that it is not very steady when upright. It needs to have more weight in the base because I find it is constantly falling into the bowl of whatever I am mixing.

I really love this mixer! It is very quiet and really whips up like a charm. The container that holds mixer and beaters are very secure, but you may want to find a place deep enough since it is a bit high. I like the beaters which you can not make a mistake in putting into the wrong slot. I would really recommend getting this if looking for a good brand.

Used it recently to make a cake and wow it beat that batter to a pulp lol definitely powerful, love that it has different settings and the size isn’t big. Also it’s not heavy at all. The compartment is a plus to store the mixer attachments. I’m very happy with my purchase!

My wife likes to bake. She needed a new mixer. She loves this brand. The attachments work great! This mixer makes storage a breeze! She doesn't have to look for her attachments. She picks this brand because she knows that this mixer will last her a good while! 10/10!
