This is a perfect fountain for soothing, water trickling sounds. I did have an issue that Judy, with Alpine customer service made right, right away. This is my favorite fountain I have ever owned. It’s the perfect size. I have it in my plant window in my kitchen and can enjoy it also in our family room. It’s in a copper bowl with small pebbles around it and on all levels of the fountain. It has lights but I prefer to cover them. I love this fountain so much and it’s so relaxing!

I love this item, the only problem I have is cleaning the inside and getting to the filter out of the opening in the back. I placed it in my bioactive crested gecko Vivarium. The noise and water flow can chang. It's very relaxing just hearing it in the background.

Item worked for about 30 days. Then started leaking out the bottom. The item also splashed (like a normal fountain) out the front. so this item even when it's working correctly does not retain all its water.The customer service was the worst part. I wrote and asked for a replacement and they made me send an email description. then pictures - then after the pictures they wanted me to send pictures of it leaking so I had to plug it in and record it leaking again. which it did immediately.Then I had to wait a few days for them to get around to my message and tell me they would happily replace it but I would have to pay for shipping. The shipping cost they quoted me was half the cost of the item.I asked them how this was fair to me that their item was defective after a month and they didn't care. Buy elsewhere and beware.

The media could not be loaded. My main complaint is that I am very sure I was sent a used machine and had to clean it vigorously. From the reviews I was nervous this fountain wouldn’t work for what I was using it for, but I was happily surprised after setting this up inside my frog enclosure. The moter is pretty quiet, and the water flow is adjustable. I had to make certain edits to it such as superglue-ing mesh to the hole in the bottom tier, in case of any kind of dirt recycling through. And I had to put mesh over the top tier bcs one of my frogs hopped on it, which set the stream flowing off to the side and flooding the ground of my tank. But if you’re only interested in using this as table decoration, I definitely recommend.

It’s extremely nice. All you do is connect the power cord, add water, and enjoy. I love it

I wanted to hear the sound of water inside my house and this fountain is perfect! The lights look great under the water whether dueling the day or at night, and the fountain doesn’t take up much room. It sits on a small table at our front foyer and neither the table nor the fountain get in the way of anything or anyone.

I’ve bought various tabletop and larger waterfalls over the years and this one is the BEST by far!Easy to assemble with clear instructions, including water and pump maintenance, with a very relaxing water sound and no pump noise at all. The lights look great at night in a dark room. 100% satisfied and highly recommended!As far as the negative reviews, unfortunately on occasion there may be shipping damage depending on how the package was handled. Mine arrived in great condition with no damage.The pump noise should NOT be heard and before returning this product, carefully read the instructions to make sure the pump is pushed to the bottom of the water reservoir and then fill up with 0.4 gallons or 6 cups of distilled water. If the pump is NOT fully or is barely submerged in water, it will make noise. If the pump is still noisy after carefully following the directions, the pump is likely defective.ENJOY!!!

It’s leaking after a month of used. Not durable though nice fountain.
