Sodium Polyphosphate Balls (SILIPHOS) 1kg (2.2lb)

I filled the middle of my whole-house sediment filter with these, and they've significantly (and almost completely) reduced scaling from hard water. As great as this product is, I'll probably try to find smaller balls for my next purchase. I could only fit one wide for the depth of the sediment filter, which left a lot more empty space than desired.

In only a couple of days I could notice the scale being removed from the pipes. I could taste it, and within a week the metallic saltiness from the scale disappeared. Now my water tastes like water, and am slowly noticing an improvement in water pressure in my shower(my drop ear elbow gets buildup, I would dump vinegar into it regularly).

They are sodium phosphate balls to be used in house water filtration systems…

Good value for the money and works well.

These polyphosphate balls don't dissolve or collect minerals - they just sit there. They are useless. Hard water stains keep building up in the toilet, in the sink, etc. I would like a refund, please.

The container was damage with all the siliphos balls broken, requesting a new container. Replacement.

These are impressive! For the size they last longer for dissolving. A bit expensive, but I needed the polyphosphates as larger than bead size. I'm using for clothes washer (in the compartment, wash + rinsing), use in humidifier, swamp cooler, toilet (inside tank, using filter bag, 2" x3"), and I put in dishwasher as well using the same way, placed on the top rack, and fastened, at the front end. Works very well for suspending the hard minerals in water and then flushed away. Clothes come out soft and not using Bounce, Dishwasher leaves no spots on glassware. For Humidifier and evaporative cooler, I flush the tanks using a very small submersible pump inside each and flushing out, once a week.
