ProluxCore 13 inch Electric Floor Buffer Scrubber and Polisher Machine - All Floor Surfaces

I was hesitant to purchase this floor buffer after reading a couple of reviews (particularly one saying the buffer didn’t actually rotate but only vibrated and one saying it was too heavy). It in fact DOES rotate and I’m a 70 year old woman that managed its size and weight easily. It is probably about 30 pounds and was heavy enough to do a great job. I used it to refinish my old, tired concrete floors and was thrilled with the outcome. I first used the scrub pad to clean the floors with a concrete cleaner then used the soft mopping pad to remove the cleaning residue. I washed the mopping pad in the washing machine. Then used that pad again with a gloss finish concrete sealer. I couldn’t find one contractor that could get to the job in a reasonable time. I’m saved literally thousands of dollars and could not be happier with the results. I now use it weekly to mop my floors both in the house and monthly on our finished garage floors. Love this!!

Bought this buffer for my wife to use. She loves it. Our wood floors are gorgeous since using this buffer. Very happy that I bought it for my wife. Now I do not have to polish floors. Was a good investment for me. When she's happy, I am happy

Able to see a difference in the spots that have been cleaned with the product (the pads work better than the grout scrubber). It takes little effort to move the product during cleaning. Wish the instructions were a little clearer on some parts of the package.

* I don't often write reviewsI read all the reviews across Amazon, Walmart and Homedepot and they were either hit or miss. Every one was happy or its junk..... So I was hesitant to buy this. My wife recently took the lease on a large store that needed lots of help. I talked to the previous tenant who moved 4 stores down, he said they haven't finished the VCT floors since he had been in the shop and he had the lease for 7 years. It was previously a discount cigarette and dollar store. HEAVY foot traffic, with deep embedded stains and ground in dirt.I ordered the machine and pad kit last week and it arrived last night. Although I am not ready to do the floors until this coming weekend, I can't wait to play with new toys. I took it to the shop last night, unboxed it, slapped on the brown scouring pad and went at a couple of the worst spots. Again, this floor hasn't been finished in 7 years, and judging by the condition of the old tenants new store, probably hadn't been mopped either. I used a little powdered Spic an Span with bleach in hot water and did a couple areas roughly 4'x4' just to test.This machine handles great! for everyone saying the "Pad doesn't stay on", make sure the tabs line up between the motor head and backing plate. Turn the machine on, and gently guide the handle, letting the buffer do all the work swinging it side to side at the machines own pace. I worked side to side with overlapping each pass, then turned 90 degree and did the patch again. Mopped up with hot water and GOD DAMN!! I thought we were going to have to replace this floor. I took before and after photos of my spot treatments that I will add later. I will add photos and update my review after I strip and polish the other 3,000 square feet.Once my main floor is done I will move to the basement with the stiff brush head and clean the concrete prior to have the floors painted. That is another sad looking area that I have high hopes for.This unit is small, it will take a little time to do my areas, but to have the ability to strip my floors and then buff them as often as I would like, when ever I would like, with out having to go to home depot to rent a machine makes it worth it. I am also looking forward to be able to try and dry clean wall to wall carpets.

We have a production facility that we have grey epoxy floors. They have been gradually getting black specs since the floor isn’t super smooth so we got this to help see if it would clean it before turning to a professional company. This product is the BEST, it ate up all the black marks and made our epoxy floors look like they were brand new! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a commercial business with a lot of foot traffic or even someone with a large home. It cleans your floors spotless! 10 out of 10, you need to buy this!

Hello! The reason that I wanted to post this review and tell you why I bought this floor polisher is probably very different from other people. I bought it to help me strip and prepare my concrete for sealing and waxing. All summer I worked on my downstairs, moving furniture, and tearing out carpet, so that I could seal and wax the concrete. When I took the carpet out, it was a nightmare! The builders left paint and concrete patch all over the slab! I used a grinder on my dining room, and it caused a lot of dust. I decided to get the Prolux so I could wet scrub, plus I would need it to buff and polish the finished floor (also to strip wax eventually, etc.) The Prolux would be useful to me and, at 13 inches, it was the right size! If you look at the pictures, you will see how much work it did! Also, the customer service was nice. I had a concrete polish pad, but the floor polisher pad holder failed. I let them know and they replaced the pad holder. Thanks Prolux! (PS buy the package so you get the pad holder and the pads)
