Great product (still like new after 3years). Easy install.
Purchased 3 years ago for my Airbnb rental. These work great. Easy install. I also purchased spring loaded gate clips to connect them together and connect them to the edges of the pool enclosure.

Size matters.
Pool fence ships as 36" panels, includes a template for 36" holes and four 35" fence panels (as pictured). Angry beyond words. Hours of wasted effort and extra holes. Screw these guys. Can you stretch the panel, yes. If you pull hard it will stretch out another half inch or so, but it doesn't make it the full 36" and that gap just adds up over multiple panels. The fence itself seems sturdy. If you drill based on the fence and don't measure you can use this fence. I would never suggest doing so because you will have oddly spaced holes that will never match any other fence.

works great. pretty simple install
**this particular unit is 12 feet. some of the others are 10 feet. if you want to save $, get the 12 footers. they appear to be the same, if not a little taller and you will end up saving $ by not having to buy as many panels.**we just bought a house that had an inground pool. we have a toddler and needed a fence asap! i did some research and found these her on Amazon. shipping was a little slow and was horribly packaged. the ends of pretty much every single box was open when it arrived. somehow none of the parts managed to get lost.you just have to take your time to map out how you will install the fence. i didnt want to alter any of the panels so i measured and adjusted so that each panel used would be complete. it definitely takes two people to do this and a good size measuring tape helps. we used a 25' tape. if you really have the time, using string would help as well.i HIGHLY suggest you get the drilling guide. you can rent it for free (pay for shipping) from one of the vendors here on Amazon. with like a $350 deposit, which they refunded when they got the guide back. it helps with ensuring that you're drilling at the proper angles.as the old saying goes, measure twice, cut (drill) once. take your time so you dont end up drilling extra holes by accident.i did drill some extra holes next to the fence where we access the pool. this is so you can open the fence panel and put the "stake" into the extra hole, so its not just dangling there. looks nicer and less wear and tear on the panel.its been working great. it also helps keep the leaves out of the pool when its really windy which our pool man appreciates. it definitely feels like quality material and should last long enough till we dont need it any more; when our baby is old enough to understand pool safety.we ended up having one extra panel which amazon took back no problem.

Good quality for a good price
These are the exact same material as the ones I have had for 25 years, which are still working fine, I'm just expanding the fenced-in space to put the cover reel at one end of my pool. Since those old ones, they have changed the anchor post to be metal and a smaller diameter, which makes DIY drilling in concrete a lot easier - or should I say possible at all. The old ones used the same material as the entire post for the anchor, and were 1" in diameter and the installer at the time used a specialized drill.

Great product, a bit tricky to install
I installed 65 feet of this fencing, and had great results. It takes some skill to install. I used a commercial grade hammer drill. I carefully made a template using a 4x4 with the 36" and 38" spacing. I thought this would help me keep the drill vertical, but it did not. A 2x4 template would have been just as effective. I put a level on my drill to align it. The instructions said to lean the holes outward 2-3 degrees on a curve, which I did.One big problem with installing is stones in the concrete that are not fully removed. Because of the stones, the whole in a few inserts were not large enough (after the insert was installed). I had to drill out the holes with a 1/2 inch drill (a conventional drill, not a masonry drill). A 13mm drill, which is .512" can be ordered on Amazon.com for less than $6. The .012 makes it easier to get the hole large enough. With a 1/2 inch drill, I had to waller out the whole.I had some holes that were not deep enough, so the inserts would not go completely in. I drilled out the holes with a 1/2 inch concrete drill, and then tapped down the inserts. I was very relieved to see the inserts fully seated. It is easy to reduce the length of a section. I had to do this for the last section that connected to the fence in the flowerbed. The fence poles and netting material are great. The latches between sections are marginal, and it can be hard to pull back the safety lock. I modified the latch that I use as the gate. I removed the spring loaded safety lock, and bent the end into a hook so that a child can not push it up and release it.Overall, this is a great product. If you drill out the inserts, then the poles remove easily. This is much easier and cheaper than installing a gate. Plan on drilling out the inserts. That way, you will be ready when 25% of the posts do not seat easily at first.I am extremely happy with this product.
