Simply Seated and Curtis Adam's ROCK!!!
We love Simply Seated! My husband has Parkinsons and this DVD helped him gain strength after a setback so that he could do kick boxing for Parkinsons. When he can't get to kick boxing we always try to do Simply Seated at home. Of course he can't do it all, but if you don't have a goal you can never reach it! Curtis makes it fun and of course we love Anita and Millie. We have shown this video to every home health and outpatient therapist he has had and I think it should be part of their routine to have their patients do the video at home when not having therapy. I think this video has prolonged my husband's mobility. He is currently in a wheelchair and we fully expect him to get back to his walker in large part due to this video. Thank you Vitality and Curtis you are my hero!

I can finish it!!
I am very impressed with Mr Curtis video! I was able to do the whole thing first time. I also could feel it. In my opinion , it is a very good first step for me getting in shape. Over the last 5 yrs I went to overnights. And absolutely unable to do anything but sleep. When I was not working , so very much needed , to get back in shape. As I have now retired.

EXCELLENT WORKOUT!!
I love this workout!! Curtis Adams keeps you motivated throughout the workout. I have bad arthritis in my knees so I can't do all the leg exercises. I really do feel energized after doing this workout. Excellent job, Curtis!! Highly recommend this DVD if you want a great exercise routine. I will do this again and again. Anita and Millie impressed me. They kept up with Curtis throughout the whole DVD. Great job, ladies!! And excellent job, Curtis!!

Could use a little more instruction from Curtis.
It lives up to it's promise to be a good, fast paced cardio workout, and I love Curtis' enthusiasm. Who knew a seated exercise program could be so strenuous, but in a good way? My only complaint is he could be giving a little more instruction for first time users (like have hand weights handy before you start). I also found it confusing, because it's so fast paced, that you should be using opposite arm to opposite leg in several of the exercises. If he had mentioned it at the start, it would have been easier to follow. I got a little tired of pausing, then rewinding. Otherwise, I recommend it for those of us seniors who have difficulty with standing exercises. I promise it is a good workout for cardio, strength, and core training!

Perfect for my senior community
I live in a 55+ community. This video has worked perfectly for my senior community! We do it 3x a week. It has been a huge help to people with physical limitations, advanced age, or recovering from injuries. Everybody loves it and tells me so every week.

Too energetic for my 70+ seniors
My group has used this video only once so far. It has too many quick movements and too fast a pace for my followers. Many friends were very sore in following days. I, the leader of the group, recovered with my chiropractor. The chiro' discouraged these multi-movement combo' moves and encouraged more natural, everyday movements. The video is a good, quality presentation though.

Not as easy as you think
I am 70 and let myself get out of shape after Covid, to the point of aggravating my sciatic nerve again. That made my exercise tapes painful on top of being hard for my out of shape body.After reading about the benefits of chair exercises, I decided to give this a try thinking these will be a breeze. They aren't! It is surprisingly strenuous (try jogging, swimming, boxing- while sitting, but I can complete it. Although for the first week, I did consider quitting about halfway through it. In week 2, I still have to push but it isn't a painful push, yet I feel the worked muscles the following day.I also believe that these exercises can be adjusted as I get stronger - stretch further, don't use hands to help stand, heavier weights, push the core harder, etc.I am doing this 3 times a week, am very happy that I bought it and would recommend it.
