easy to use, came quickly, functions well--yes!

The screens cover the ports completely. You do have to make sure the screen stays centered on the port. It can slip on the slippery frame of the port. It would be great if there was a thin rubber gasket on the inside of the screen so it wouldn’t slip. The screen when properly placed keeps the bugs out.

Seems OK - overpriced for what it is. Will need to test it on the boat though. If they send another one to make it right and these work as advertised I'll update the review.Update - 2 days later. Amazon made it right by sending an replacement package which is great. I tested the application on our boat and find this a bit lacking in execution. When the port light is open up all the way, the tension on the screen is such that it pulls the screen up and doesn't cover the opening all the way. So you have to only open the port a little bit in order to get the tension correct, but then it won't let much air in, so I'm not sure Im going to keep these. I'll give it another chance to see if I can work out a better way to use them.

The Amazon images show a suction cup installation, but none was provided. The magnet provided is of inadequate strength to hold the end of the string/stap through the portlight pane. How do I get a suction cup for a functional installation?

Good replacement for screens. Do not use the suction cups they are junk. Use the magnets they work fine.

These s reens are easy to use and fairly compact to store away. You can choose from magnet or suction cup to hold in place, they are quick and easy to install. We have an older sailboat, so finding parts and pieces is rarely easy, but these screens fit the bill! So far, they have kept bugs at bay. The one downside to these screens is the amount of airflow they block, but given the alternative of being attacked by mosquitoes and no-see-ums, we just turn on a fan.
