Daron Skymarks Delta Md-88 Model Kit (1/150 Scale)

Many of the reviews state that the vertical stabilizer does not fit. I ordered mine May 13th and selected Amazon as the seller - the model I received had no issues. My guess is that the issue has been corrected.The model is extremely detailed and accurate, however unlike some of the other Skymarks models, the fan blades in this one are fixed and molded. This isn't something that would dock a star, but something worth mentioning so that others aren't disappointed when they receive theirs.

My tween/teen is a huge fan of airplanes so I had to get him one of his favorites. We fly in this type often so it is fitting. Looks nice on display on his desk and he loves it. Got him the 757 "pencil jet" to go with it as they are both 1/150 scale.

The plane model came in perfect condition and came on time. I’ve never had a problem with skymarks models.

I fly on this aircraft before and I think it’s classicI recommend it to any people who love to collect airplanes.

I liked that it came as the description described it. On the other hand I didn’t like that I had a little bit of trouble fitting the elevator/(horizontal stabilizer) but I sanded it a bit and I managed to fit it ok. Best regards and stay safe.

Great model! I was the lucky one to get the right horizontal stabilizer for the MD-88 from Amazon. I would highly recommend buying this product.

Its worth it! Being a Delta and MD-80 fan, and also a private pilot, this model motivates me to reach for the maddog cockpit! Love the good details on it.
