Using this after finding the low back ability guy, it's been great in strengthening the back after 2 herniated discs.Easy to fit together, easy to adjust, solid when being used. Only personal issue is the thigh pads turn into ball crushers if not adjusted right.

Surprised by the high quality of this bench. Really sturdy when put together. Great value for money.

This is a game changer and much cheaper than visiting a physio. Injured my back years ago deadlifting and would regularly wake up in pain and stiff on that side. I'm now doing hyperextensions on this 3 times a week as part of my bodyweight workouts and have noticed a massive improvement. Straightforward to put together and a relatively small footprint.

This is a nice, strong and surprisingly sturdy piece of kit. It has a small footprint and easy to move to the side of my home gym until it’s next use. Took about 10 minutes to put together with very easy to follow instructions. This is my second piece of Komodo equipment, (also have the Lat pulldown) both of which are surprisingly really good for the money and won’t hesitate to purchase further pieces.

The nuts it arrived with didn't fit the bolts, so had to buy new ones, other than that a good product.

I've been having problems with tight quadratus lombordum for nearly two years causing back pain and pushing my upper half over to one side from my lower half, After following knees over toes guy Ben Patrick and seeing the results it got my other half in her calf length and mobility, I thought I'd try his recommendation to use one of these for my ql, so far so good my back seems to be both loosening up and getting stronger. I spent a bit of time researching what was available and settled on this one because of the design- foot rest possition, frame base stability, the product is a good quality for the lower cost compared to other similar back extension rigs, happy days.

I wasn't expecting much for the price but was amazed at at the quality of this product. Great for a home gym.

The media could not be loaded. Bolts don't fit on stand. No tools provided. 1cm play in stand because of too long a bolt and a nut with a stopper in it. Had to search for a replacement. The instructions were also pretty useless; I built it from the amazon picture 🙄
