Tunnocks Chocolate Caramel Wafers, 1.19-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 36)

A taste of the old country. I am from Scotland but really only remember visiting there as a kid every summer. These are part of those memories. A crispy wafer glued together with caramel and covered with a thin layer of chocolate. Think Kit Kat but way bigger and chewy is a bonus.The wrapping has been upgraded from foil wrap to a sealed foil. They are so fresh and that has been an issue in the past.If you like a cup of tea or coffee this is an upgrade and will be a hit with guests if you actually break them out. ;)

This is normally a great tasting treat however the product was received in July with a June "use by date". Needless to say the caramel wafers were stale. I will be very careful of amazon vendor choice in the future.

Love the bars, but were shipped to 100 degree weather and were all melted.

This was my favourite candy grewing up in the West Indies, you will never eat any thing like this... I'm a person who doesn't like too much sweet stuff but this is just perfect. I'm so happy I can buy this on amazon, now that I'm in the US and my husband loves it too, before I came along he didn't know about this candy. don't take my word for it if you don't believe go try it and enjoy the goodness.

this is probably the best candy bar i have ever tasted. yes, there are finer candies in very upscale shops but for a supermarket candy bar this rivals the upscale candymakers.
