Squid SQUID Fish Sauce, 4,5 l

Being a pescetarian, I use this as a replacement of salt most of the time.Trying to aim for healthier fish, I've came to realise that it's usually smaller and blander in taste.Everything is home cooked and for quick preparation, a lot of "stew" base recipes are used.This, turns to be the perfect salt replacement as it adds a fantastic fish flavour to the food at the same time.For my special fishburger recipe this is fantastic as it works perfectly with fresh garlic.Another fantastic use is for freshly made dashi sauce. Something I use all around many recipes as a light base flavour, specially noodles or fish soup. Turns better than whatever one can buy packed.Not preservatives and holds way beyond due date perfectly fine.Can't recommend enough.

Arrived mid August 2020 but expired 04th Oct 2020. Cannot physically consume 4.5l of fish sauce in less than 2 months!!! Definitely not recommended!

There's a lot of sauce in 4.l! But it is excellent quality - and I don't believe the stated sell by date: I think it would last forever! I use it in everything and the fishy flavour is there when you want it and not when you don't!

To expensive, is best to buy from Chinese shop. Is only. £2.99 a bottle and lasted. At least more than a month. Ludicrous price.
