OUTSTANDING! Holds my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9" with Logitech keyboard case
I'm in heaven with this device. I hesitated to buy it because one of the product images made it look like it belonged in a dentist's office. But I really like it -- it looks tech rather than industrial.Functionality-wise it's just great. It comes with 3 different clamps/holders for different devices; there's one for a phone, one for a small tablet, and one for a larger tablet.I used the largest one for my 12.9" iPad Pro with Logitech keyboard case, and while you have to use a bit of strength to pull it all the way open, it does work -- and there's a little bit of give, so a fatter case would also work. Plus its firmness means it's held with a lot of grip -- meaning no worries about lying on the sofa and angling it above your face. The grips on the case are a quite firm rubber at a slight angle, another good design decision to make sure your device is nice and secure particularly if you have it angled downward. If you wanted to use this standing up, I don't think it would work well. It's not that tall. But it's tall enough for me to use it at my desk, sofa, and bed. It easily swivels between vertical & horizontal orientation.I couldn't be happier with this. Highly recommended!

Very sturdy
We bought this stand to hold a 12.9” ipad pro. My wife reads a lot and the large pro was just too heavy for her to hold. I figured we would be returning it because it probably wouldn’t be sturdy enough for her ipad. It was one of the less expensive models. Summary, good price, easy to assemble, sturdy enough for large ipad, looks good, enough adjustments to fit any situation and decent price. Now my daughter wants one.

Nice sturdy and flexible frame but arm too short
This is the best holder I've gotten so far. I've tested quite a few and had to return them. This one is very adjustable. I just wish the arm was longer so I wouldn't have to turn my head to view the screen when laying in bed.

Sure beats holding your tablet....
This is a pretty good quality, well-designed stand. VERY adjustable. It is easy and light aluminium to move around so the feet dont get in my way. About 6" down from the top it was easy to look down at for me, while sitting. Will hold a thinner case like a good Supcase, with easy & quick tablet or phone changing. Comes w/ 3 holders, 2 for small & large tablets, and one for a phone. It is very solid feeling compared to what a desk mounted arm might be like. Rev up your Kindles, readers. Try 1.5 or 2x speed for prose, and relax while you quickly read along at exactly the distance you want, for those bigger books. Get through them faster and more comfortably! Great gizmos! Could not live without it now.

High quality and Perfect positioning for iPad Pro for "Zoom " and other online viewing
Love it! This Stand is so worth every penny! It has a place for your HDI cord to hook and hang on the stand behind the iPad Pro once it is mounted securely to the stand. I purchased it and connected iPad Pro with the HD Tv and USB-C cord both (separate apple purchases.) As a non-mechanical person, I found the Stand fairly simple to assemble. It is the perfect height, for sitting or standing, rotates smoothly, solid, stylish, well made and highly functional as stated. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

Should have followed my first instinct…
My first instinct was to order a different tablet holder. I ordered this one to replace my old one. This one seemed to have more control than my old one. It worked great until it didn’t. The bracket that holds my iPad will not stay straight. It lists to the sides. I really can’t enjoy it because I’m always adjusting it. I’ve only had this a little over a month. I can’t return it so I basically wasted my money.

Its almost perfect
This is a well made and very sturdy tablet/phone holder. We bought this for a senior family member so they could watch videos and such conveniently instead of trying to hold a tablet. Many tablets have edge to edge displays so holding them often results in some of your fingers covering a portion of the display. This solves that problem and also allows extended viewing from a comfortable position. Why isn't it perfect? The design doesn't allow the first portion of the extended arm (leading from the vertical support) to move. You are left with only the end of the arm being able to move as for some fine adjustment for tilting and panning using the tablet holder itself. The problem with this design is that is requires you to position the entire stand to get it to positions that are very useful in the seated position. If both portions of the arm extension were adjustable you would have in effect a double swing that would let you move it into almost any position needed and thus make it far more versatile. As it is, it gets 3 stars. If the manufacturer changes that one thing this becomes the ultimate tablet/phone stand usable in almost any setting.

Neck saver!
I read many of the reviews before buying this. I wouldn't have done so, without Amazon' return policy. I have to admit, I haven't had any of the problems some have listed. I've had it for a month now. It sits next to my reclining couch and holds me Surface Pro 3 notebook. I use it every day, surfing the web/social media, playing card games or puzzles, and reading the Kindle app while watching TV. The height it perfect. I used to hold my Surface in one hand and navigate with the other, eventually getting stiffness in my arm or neck (or both). Now, the notebook is held up at eye level (so it's about level with the television (making reading on it during commercials very easy). When I need to scroll, my arm is supported on the couch armrest, so I'm just using from the elbow down without any weight on it. It sounds complicated, but the point is, it's much better for my joints (arthritis) and makes "multi-tasking" much easier. I am really glad I got this. It's quite flexible (I read in portrait and play game in landscape). And it's sturdy...so far. If it falls apart tomorrow I'll let you know!
